I know everyone has ‘their place’ for pastries and such, but I am going to tell you why if you haven’t been here, you’re sleeping at the pastry wheel.
First, it is nestled in Hahira on the end of a business strip.
Staff of ONE. You heard me. She does it all. The pastries are top tier. Croissants? Multiple kinds. Flaky and decadent. Wanna hear something crazy, they keep the next day!
Danishes? They’re here. No less than 3 flavors.
The Belle of the Ball though are the MASSIVE, heavily iced cinnamon rolls that are only a Saturday item. These jokers are stuffed in the box like NFL linemen in a Honda Accord, but not a messy kind of way, no box to spare. They’re actually gorgeous to look at. When you bite into them, I want you to remember this is a one person show. So it makes her variety even more mind blowing when you are there.

This was my first time visiting HonĒLaine Hahira Bakery, and it definitely won’t be my last! I tried the almond turnover (I’ve only ever had almond croissants before), and it was so good — flaky, buttery, and full of flavor. I also had two cotton candy macarons, which were light, sweet, and delicious.
I recently moved to the area from Tampa, and I was so happy to find a bakery here that uses such quality ingredients and has that same fresh, elevated feel I’m used to. The prices are a little on the higher side, but honestly, you get what you pay for — everything tastes fresh and made with care.
They’ve definitely gained a new regular customer!

I finally made it to “Cinnamon Roll Saturday” and so glad I did! They were the size of small hubcaps, and were the best tasting ones I have ever eaten. These people are very nice, friendly, and welcoming…and everything they bake is tremendous.

Don’t sleep on this place, it’s an absolute gem. The owner is a sweetheart and makes macarons that to die for. If you want a sweet treat, this is THE stop in Valdosta/Hahira

Tucked away is a little treasure called Honeline, and if you haven’t visited yet, let me tell you—it’s worth the trip. Saturdays bring out her famous cinnamon rolls, but honestly, all the pastries are unforgettable. The very first time we stopped in, they were technically closed, yet the “Open” light was still on. Instead of sending us away, they welcomed us inside with genuine warmth. I walked out with an armful of goodies (more than I should have, I’ll admit), but I had zero regrets. Every bite felt like comfort. And the sweetest touch? She even bakes treats for pups, so no one in the family is left out.

My cousin made a special request of Napoleons and I couldn’t find them around town until I called HonElaine. She made them fresh the morning I needed them and they were delicious! Had to get a few cookies too.

My favorite place for sweet treats. The carmelita and butterscotch blondie are so good. Oh and the cream stuffed croissants and the list just goes on and on.

Best bakery I’ve been to, and the owner is even sweeter than her treats! She has the best cheesecake I’ve ever had and she has these incredible stuffed cookies (not sure if they’re available every day). Such a hidden gem in a small shop in a small town! Worth the visit for sure!
