Buena comida y buen servicio! We stopped by this new chilaquiles restaurant today and had such a great experience! The chilaquiles were flavorful and fresh, and the service was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant, which made it even better. It’s a newer spot, but they’re already doing a fantastic job. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

We had the poblanos and the salsa roja ones with eggs and a side of pancakes, IT WAS DELICIOUS! We are definitely coming back soon! YOU GOT TO TRY THIS PLACE!

Chilaqueria Monarca absolutely deserves five stars! The green chilaquiles were beyond delicious the flavor was rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Every bite had that authentic, comforting taste that keeps you coming back for more. The beans were the perfect touch on the side, complementing the dish beautifully. The atmosphere and decor are hella nice, modern, clean, and inviting without losing that warm vibe. You can tell thought was put into every detail. The iced latte was freshly made with a real espresso machine, and you could taste the quality immediately. On top of that, the food presentation was outstanding. Everything looked just as good as it tasted. Definitely a spot worth visiting again and again.

The chilaquiles are hand made and fried, non of this hard to topos with salsa on top. They are nice and crisp and the salsas flavors are authentic not canned. The employees and the service is very amicable and great. The Music Inside is soft, and perfect to have an enjoyable breakfast. We will return, highly recommend it.

Friendly welcome from staff and I believe owner. For noon on a Wednesday, I was excited to see that they were fairly busy. I ordered the Emperatriz Poblana Pollo and friend ordered it with Arachera. When they were placed at the table I really thought they forgot my Pollo. She had plenty of arachera but the Pollo was barely there. It was delicious and a decent serving size, I just wish I had more than a tablespoon of Pollo on mine. I’ll definitely give them another try because of the friendly environment/staff. and delicious chilaquiles

Not bad, not great, just ok. Beans were too watery and green sauce wasn’t that flavorful and could’ve been spicier. The chicken was dry and fried eggs had yolks cooked all the way. Buen dia is better.

Gotta say the best chilaquiles I have ever had. Love that the food is freshly made as soon as you order it. I ordered the chilaquiles with arrachera and the meat was juicy and well seasoned! My family and I loved it and will be going back again. Definitely recommend!!
