Not like this review will do much, but just sharing my last experience with this place. I went last night (Saturday Jan 10th) to pick up an online pick up order. I go through the drive thru as I indicated on the online order. The kids tells me to park out front to wait. Okay, thats fine. Its the first night of football playoffs, and they seemed busy. I wait 30-40 minutes in my car. People arriving after me are getting their pizzas before me. I go in. The other kid tells me they lost my order and they will remake it after calling up a manager to help him (the manager didn’t look or even speak to me). I wait another 20 minutes for my food. I FINALLY get home over an hour after I ordered this food. Guess what? The pizzas are undercooked. There’s still a thick line of dough. I call the location and ask for the manager and ask how i go about getting a refund. He says I have to bring all the food back AND THAT IT CANT HAVE BEEN EATEN for a full refund. How does that make ANY sense? The manager was super rude and unprofessional on the call.

Have visited on many occasions and service is always bad. Usually avoid going but wanted to because its on the way home, and say at the window for a long time with no acknowledgement. I a simple please hold on would have been fine. So here I go again out of my way to another little cesears. Staff walked passed the window too so they saw the car.

Go through drive thru for pick up and don’t go inside when they say it’s coming to pull around because 15 minutes standing in the store being ignored. The poor lad at the window seemed to be the only one working and then when one of the 3 people in the back came up to assist. The drive thru are priority so if order is done or grabbing an already made pizza go there because there were 4 other people inside that were ignored while 6 cars went through the line with full attention and service

Abbie or Abby was great taking my order and fixing up our pizza tonight. She up sold me on the Parmesan and butter. It was well worth it. For a couple of bucks it added a bit of class to a normally “beer soaker” pizza. If I hit the lottery, somebody knows they are getting a slice.

Terrible service, I love the pizzas from this chain of stores but this place is a complete and resounding 0 out of 1000. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with cheese edges and they gave me the pizza with burnt parts, a disproportionate amount of ham and pineapple and no cheese edges. The guy who served me pretended not to understand me and just sprinkled more cheese on top when I complained. He did not give me proof of payment so I suppose they keep the money or eat the pizza themselves and serve customers poorly. I give one star because it is mandatory, otherwise they would not even have the edge. Terrible really, I have wasted my money in a foolish way. They are opportunists.

For 6 bucks is pretty good. Little Caesars has made a niche for themselves with a quick drive-through hot and ready pizza. Most evenings you can swing by and pick up a pepperoni pizza within a few minutes for about 6 bucks. They do have more than just a pepperoni pizza but you will have to wait for it just like most pizza places. They also have garlic bread, cheesy bread, and chicken wings. If you’re in the mood for pizza and need something quick and very reasonably priced this is the spot.

Waited 50 minutes for 2 regular pizzas, a crazy bread, and a brownie. Asked about an update on our order at 30 minutes and was told, “it’s a long order, we’re working on it”. Had about 6 people come through the drive thru after us and left right away until we were the only ones in the whole place.
