It’s the most flavorful pizza I’ve ever eaten. l recommend bringing a friend. The pizzas are perfect sharing size, or if you’re hungry enough for one. I’m visiting from about 9 hours away, and I’d say it’s worth it to travel and eat here once or in my case twice. Service was super fast and lovely.

Absolute hidden gem, the pizza is fantastic and has a great atmosphere. Got the Florentine pizza, I don’t typically get white pizzas but this one was light and had lots of flavor. Great char on the crust too. Definitely try this spot.

Great vegan pizza offerings. I came from about 50 minutes away and it was totally worth the trip!! I got one of each of the vegan pizzas they offer and were delicious. The prices were reasonable too. Most places grossly overcharge for vegan items but the vegan pizza prices were very comparable to the regular pies. Two thumbs up!

Disappointed. Went last year and had a decent pizza. Tried again for lunch and yuck! I did ask for a pie well done as I love crispy pepperoni as a topping. Bottom was super burnt but top was lightly cooked so no crispy pepperoni and mushrooms were still raw! Had 2 slices to give it a fair try but ended up tossing it and suffering some belly pain the rest of the evening 🙁

My daughter used them for a catered event at her wedding. The food was amazing. I have never seen so many people go back for 2nd and 3rd helpings. The staff was so on top of things. The pizza just kept coming. The variety of Pizza was also amazing . The owner really did a great job helping them decide what would work best for the wedding. The salads were fresh. Everyone raved about the food including myself and my husband. We do not live in CT. If we did this would be our new Pizza parlor.

When we heard there was New Haven style pizza in Stratford, we had to come see what it was all about! I was impressed by the thin, light crust and the amount of variety on The Parlor’s menu. Some of our personal favorites were The Florentine and The Buffalo Chicken. The Parlor really nailed the presentation on every pizza as well. Their salads were fresh, and the fried Oreos were great for dessert. I think it’s great how many vegan and vegetarian options are available too! A very casual place to come hang out and enjoy pizza. Wishing them continued success!
