I ordered some food and beverages it was not good at all and I waited like 30 mn for my order for take out at the location ….i ordered steak with arepa and the steak was all fat and chewy and the arepa tasted like cardboard

I’ve never waited so long in my life for 2 drinks. But that was not it, at the moment of charging me the cashier would swipe other people’s cards over and over. I had to approach her and ask what was going on. I still had to wait another 5 minutes until she finally gave me my card back. I didn’t feel like signing the tab and they charged a 20% tip without my consent (seen in my statement) but that’s my fault for not signing it. I gotta say that honestly I felt judged for some reason.
I didn’t pick this place but If I get invited again I wouldn’t come back.
