Fantastic Hunan and Szechuan food. Spicy dishes could use a bit more kick, but I guess I’m used to hotter Thai chillies. Everything on the menu is killer. Their Lo Mein noodles are always perfect with plenty of veggies, all their sauces are fantastic and they have by FAR the BEST Egg Drop soup in the valley. Super fast kitchen, if they say 20 minutes, show up in 15 because your food is ready. Highly recommend China Jade, this is a household staple for us!

BEWARE

Food wasn’t great:

6 shrimp in a whole order rest of the entree was nothing but onions and peppers. The shrimp were gritty and chewy.

Hot and sour soup, bland and flavorless.

Lomein was made with freaking spaghetti noodles and are just flat disgusting in taste. Not right at all.

Beef with mushrooms was slimy and bland.

Rice (white and fried) tasted stale and old. Tiny portions.

Crab Rangoons were fishy, not in a good way.

Pot stickers were… Okay, I guess.

I spent 80 for something I’m
basically not gonna eat..

I called down there to ask about bringing it back and getting a refund and the lady on the phone was beyond rude.

I told her the food wasn’t good that wasn’t a good enough explanation, she wanted specifics. She said I could come down there to talk about it. She said she’d, “Never had this before.”

I just want my money back.

DO NOT EAT HERE

I went here twice, and both times the food was awful. The fried rice taste old and like oil and they charge almost 7 bucks for 2 tiny steak on a stick that’s dry as hell. They also gave no soy sauce or sweet and sour packets. I highly recommend not going here.

Tasty as always! Perfect spot for a pick-me-up if you’re feeling it. Can’t beat their lo mein! Usually come back every now and then, just haven’t left a review until now.

Everything deep fried was cooked perfectly and done so with clean oil. Fried rice was prepared exceptionally well with nothing over cooked and no bad ingredients, (i don’t like onions so i like the easy to pick out bigger pieces of them) was very well balanced with ingredients to rice ratio. The regular white rice was cooked perfectly as well. Puffing and clumping together as white rice should. Pass by this place quite a bit. I regret not going in sooner.

The lady at the counter called me back to clarify my orders were correct, the food smells delicious and it was ready before the time I set for it, but not too early. The place is immaculate, the counter and tables are spotless and the kitchen is perfectly clean. The staff are fast and the lady behind the counter is friendly and competent. I can tell she has an accent but her English is very good.

My favorite Thai restaurant close to my home went under New management, and apparently the spices are managed differently as well. I was fair disappointed. I look up This place, and they say they have pad Thai.

I have never before eaten chicken pad Thai that had cabbage, carrots, and huge slivers of onions in it. I could not eat it and had to throw it away. I’m now out 25 bucks. I won’t be ordering from this place again. I consider this to be false advertising. I’ve eaten pad Thai prepared a specific way, over several years, spanning several different areas. And never was it prepared like this. All those added vegetables change the flavor. The noodles were drenched in some sort of sauce that I could not identify. Just some random brown sauce. Something tells me that the five-star ratings are coming from people who don’t even use salt, pepper and garlic powder in their own houses.

I’m sure your other stuff is really good, but when you say that you’re selling pad Thai, actually prepare it the way it’s supposed to be. I could have made that better at home. I’m tired, so I wanted to treat myself to something. And now I have this horrible taste in my mouth that I’m not going to be able to easily get rid of.

Very friendly staff. The pot stickers were really good. The entree we ordered did not match the photo but was still pretty good. The only real disappointment was the hot & sour soup. It LOOKED really good but had almost no flavor.
