Had a great first time experience here for lunch and this place lives up to the reviews . Great service, clan restaurant, and plenty of space with lots to do. They have a couple pool tables and some arcade for kids or adults. I gave the roasted wings and grilled wings a try. Neither disappointed and the roasted ones definitely lived up to the award winning nomination in 2024. The bartender was a great and very attentive.

This afternoon, Valentine’s Day was our first time visiting Carolina Ale House; my Husband and I enjoyed a very nice dinner at the Walnut St, Cary locartion! Sean did a great job of serving us and providing light conversation. The food was very good and my Arnold Palmer was mixed perfectly! We were very satisfied and brought home leftovers.

Stopped in here today to grab an early lunch. Was pretty dead when I arrived and there was practically open seating at the bar…perfect!
The bar tender helped me right away and was super friendly and helpful. Found out he is an army vet (thank you for your service sir! ) and had been working in the food industry ever since. I ordered a tasty local IPA and the half sandwich and soup meal.
Got the melted cheddar and turkey sandwich with a cup of their house made chili. The chili was fantastic, could’ve used a bit more portion wise, but I’ll let that go. Sandwich was good too. The beer was super fresh. The bar tender told me they just had their lines cleaned out. Lot to be said for a bar that stays on top of that.
Would make a menu suggestion to the good folks at Carolina Ale….French Dip….just saying….I think you guys could knock that one outta the ballpark!
Bottom line, great lunch, great service! Will definitely be back!

Music was a little loud for conversation. Lights were very dim. Food was great. A little pricey. Waitress was nice although needed prompting several times. Overall, good experience. I especially liked the chicken poblano soup.

Went here for dinner out on a Saturday night. Was super happy that there was no wait due to the ample seating inside. Great service from Carlie our waitress and great food all around. The colossal nachos were incredible, the grilled zingers were huge and the sauce was a great touch. The atmosphere was great with sports on but not too loud to be able to have a good conversation. Will be coming back here with more people for sure.

We really enjoyed dinner here when we came for my birthday. Our waitress was very friendly but a little unsure of herself. She kept going back to check that she was giving us the right answer. Later, she told us she was new. That explainsswhy when I told her we were celebrating my birthday, she replied “Oh”. Lol We think she was a little nervous. Our entrees were great!

My husband and I sat in the outside bar area, where Jay greeted us right away and provided attentive service throughout our visit. He even kicked off a fun trivia game with us and a few other guests we met, which made the experience even more memorable. Jay brought such great energy and made the experience so enjoyable. The food was excellent as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Waited for a while for my pick up order but it’s a Saturday night that can be forgiven.
1. Buffalo chicken sandwich no pickles- 3 pickles and you cant taste the sauce
2. Buffalo chicken mac n cheese- can’t taste the sauce again, just bland.
3. Fish and chips no slaw (double fries) double fries not included, fish is greesy and fries were cold.
Usually my go to place for bar food but definitely a let down tonight.

The waitress, Ariana, was very sweet and attentive, the food was incredibly mediocre. I had the fried chicken Alfredo and my date had the fish and chips, neither of us were truly satisfied by the meal and I’ve never seen him leave a meal unfinished UNTIL now. My meal was heavily underseasoned.
Even worse I got to the end of my meal and there was a hair at the bottom. It took forever to speak to the manager about it, (to be fair he was dealing with a drunk outside so the location is… Questionable) definitely not returning and would not recommend.
