This is the 3-4th time this has happened. Once more place one order and receive another. Manager just decided they were gonna sub my order and not even ask if it okay. Employees laugh and joke about customers. Had one guy waiting for 44 minutes for food. I was not taking the hit this time. Then the manager shorted me when she gave my money back……

So I went in to order food. There was already a line on the inside and a line on the outside. There’s plenty of chicken in the baskets and I’m still waiting on chicken. I ordered the chicken around 6 o’clock here it is now 623. I just decided to leave the Restaurant and go and run my errands and come back. I’m pretty sure they still won’t have it ready. Then this is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars total us due to the very helpful customer service I had to contact after I got home and realized my order was so messed up. I placed an online order for almost $100 and was missing so much. Nit to mention the person at the drive thru just threw us our food and was rude. I’d rate this Popeyes a 1. Horrible experience.

The dinning room was very dirty. The window seals had bugs and dropping. If the dinning room is that dirty the kitchen may be dirty too.

8-5-19 Thursday 4:30 pm. The food was not bad. It taste like Popeyes. This location is so hot . The manager that was giving the “interviews in the lobby” said that the AC was freezing up. Ok Um not. I’ve been in this location before and it was hot then. Just a heads up corporate you don’t do that in front of customers. FYI Customers do not want to hear about people‘s past work experience and their personal lives. Will not returning to this location, chick-fil-A is right across the street. Ill go there next time. I recorded some of the interviews. I’ll post them when I figure out how to upload them.

I’m sorry I had to come bring a review for this. I’ve never been to a Popeyes that takes as long for any single thing you order on the menu. You’ll sit in the drive thru 30 minutes and be the only car. Then you would get your food and it wouldn’t even be yours like it’s incredibly ridiculous. This same Popeyes served me raw food once before I don’t understand what they be doing to take so long & their the only Popeyes in West Monroe !!!!

To start off waited in drive up 40 mins to order, got the order and was missing an item drive back to get it, get home I have all dark meat when ordered mixed, drive back with the family meal, waited another 20 minutes for chicken to come up, customer service is horrible and not even a complimentary drink for such a huge inconvenience, manager on duty had little to no concern that the order I paid over 50 dollars wasnt right and all the trips back to get what I ordered was atrocious. I will drive across town to get Popeyes for my family and will never go back to that location again. This isn’t the first, second or third time this has happened. Poor customer service and employees could care less.

Witnessed employee putting her nail in her mouth then handling food. When brought to the attention of cashier and management the employee told me “I didn’t ” with a nasty attitude, I politely told her I sat there and watched. All I wanted was for her to wash her hands.

The service is not good at all! Food quality is not even a one star! It’s always old, discolored from sitting up, and dried up! The atmosphere is the same, the cashier’s are rude and disrespectful including management! They will lie to your face that the chicken is fresh and give it to you but it’s stone cold in the inside! The dining room is always nasty, bathroom stinks!
