As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We went to get lunch about 1:30pm. We attempted to order a meal deal and asked that we have no cheese in the burgers and lettuce, tomato, and onions. The lady told us she couldn’t do the meal deal except exactly the way came with pickles, onions, cheese, and mustard. We asked why they couldn’t just fix the hamburger’s the way we wanted. She said that it had to be the way it was listed. Which is silly. They could have put wanted in the hamburger.

This location is one of the best Rally’s around. The only problem we have encountered is the woman at the drive through who has the personality of a wet stick. Her customer skills are lacking and her persona puts of the vibes that she does not want to be there or be bothered by the customer. The receipt has her name as Cynthia. The only reason I gave atmosphere and service a four-star rating in because of the great customer service from others I have encountered at this location. If I were to rate Cynthia ,alone, I would have been too generous giving her a one-star rating.

I stop at this location like once, sometimes twice, per month. My order has always been correct, fresh,fast and really good. The only reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere is because the city of Shepherdsville is a tiny bit sketchy, and that’s nothing Rally’s could fix.

The fries I ordered was cold . Also order a large Vanilla Milkshake with my combo meal. I don’t know if the sizes was changed, it was in a medium drinking cup. Over all great Service, I would go back . To give them another try . We all have our days and we are all entitled to them.

Been to this Rally’s several times now and each time, it’s a great experience. Ordering your food is super easy, staff is friendly and the fries…..each time I’ve come here, the fries have been fresh. That’s a big thing for customers!!!
