This is one of the better Subways in the area. Staff continuously changes so you’re never sure what you’re going to get. But this Subway seems to keep it’s consistency for decent service and a good sandwich.

My fiancée and I had Lunch at Subway today. We really enjoyed it. I had a veggie wrap. The veggies were fresh and I enjoyed the cheese selection. My fiancée’s garlic/ parmesan sub was exactly how she likes it. And though we were in Holt/South Lansing the atmosphere was relaxed and calm. The complete opposite of McDonald’s across the road.

Rin was very rude. First she asked me if I wanted my sandwiches marked I said no she said well I’m going to mark them anyways just in case you change your mind. Why ask a customer a question just so you can do the opposite of what they said. Then when I pay for $28 worth of food with $100 bill because that’s all I have she gives me a lecture on how you’re a Subway and not some fancy place and how I was taking all the change yet she had multiple twenties and tens in fives left after she gave me my change. Don’t worry I won’t spend my money at your business anymore so you don’t have to worry about it and I’ll make sure to let everybody know that the manager told her you guys don’t take $100 bills don’t people know this is Subway. I don’t know what that woman’s problem was but she was rude to us she was rude to the lady before us and she just lost you customers

Worst sandwiches ever made last night. Mine was missing the cheese, toppings were so skimpy. My son asked for extra pickles on his, and barely got any. I guess it was close to closing time and they didn’t want to get more stuff our. Not happy.

I walked in there are for employees that just ignore you. They ignored me in the back for about 20 min before I walked out. No one was played enough to say I’ll be right with you. Nothing!! Horrible way to treat the people who make your paycheck!!

I asked for no black olives and extra sauce since it was delivered to me I did not know until I got it. 1 stars but Doordash got it here fast 2 stars nothing more simple order and it was wrong and I just realized they forgot my water…..2 star

So I had an online order scheduled and paid for, for 6:30 pm. I get there and there are 2 more people ahead of me waiting on online orders which they are seriously neglecting to serve in store customers instead. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes and 1 of the 2 people that were here before me has received their online order. And at least 4 in store customers have been in and out in the time I’ve been here. I’m so irritated with the lack of customer service for online orders. Do not recommend doing an online order and if you do just get in line as soon as you get there so they can’t ignore you.

Service is always great. Never had a bad experience. We go weekly and prefer the Holt store only as others have not been as pleasant.
