I’m from the early Ledo days when there was the 1 original location. I was jazzed to see them franchise and hoped the recipe would t “drift”. Slowly it did and today they use a auto-roller machine to stretch the dough and often I find the outcome too think and chewy compared to the good ole’ days of crispy flaky thin but richly flavored crust. Since I had time before my order was ready I had opportunity to discuss the changes with what seemed to be the manager on duty. He realized what I was looking for and why I’d ordered light sauce and well-done and suggested we make it extra well done. That crust laid down and crisped up so nicely and I think it was the best I’ve had in a long while. So old school Ledo lovers, pro-tip – xtra well done! (Not burnt of course). Our Edgewater, MD location does well despite franchise drifting from the original cooked outcome and the service is always fair and reasonable and sometimes even a little above and beyond. I still love my tried and true favorite and remain loyal. And now I have a method to get my pizza a little closer to the way I always liked it.

The pizza was not fully cooked. Had to throw it in the oven for a bit and still had a doughy taste. Had to use a knife to cut it as it wasn’t properly cut. Would not recommend.

Food and service both excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I like to see a business keep striving for excellence. Thank you for an excellent lunch.

I do enjoy the square Ledo’s pizza, but it’s quite expensive. I spent ~40$ for 1 pizza and 1/2 pound of wings. They rarely have coupons/deals, so I only go there 1-2x per month as the local competitors have MUCH better prices.
The pizza is fairly good, but usually slightly under cooked (i.e. super greasy!) and the Buffalo wings barely had any sauce. I had to dip the wings in the to-go container to pick up the tiny bit of sauce. If I would have known I would have asked for a side of Buffalo sauce.

My favorite pizza when in Maryland. The pizza is delicious and the sauce can be purchased to take home to Florida. The service is excellent. Make sure you add this to your list of places to try out! #LocalGuide

This is the 3rd time in the past 2 months that we have gone to this location. Service has been awful. Waitress does not check to see if beverages need to be refilled. I tried to flag down anyone and got ignored. Asked for the check and a box. Waitress said ok. 15 minutes later I had to get up and go get the waitress. She looked at me like she had no idea I was a customer. Staff used to be great. Don’t know what happened. Going to Crofton.

Ledo’s never disappoints! The pizza is delicious and they have the best wings around.

Ordered to pick up two pizzas. The pizzas were very greasy, and one of them leaked trough the box, staining the car seat. Called the place, and the assistant manager who call himself as “Junior” said the problem was not the restaurant, but have to call the corporate company and make a formal complain about the boxes – Junior said that in very sarcastic way… ridiculous. I believe Junior thinks he is very smart, and treats paying customers with demeanor of a person who does not really care. I will talk to Carmen, the store manager, and see what can be done… because Junior does not solve anything, but only gives greasy pizzas.
