We popped in for a last-minute birthday celebration. This location was able to accommodate our large group quickly. We received the best Customer Service from Karl. He was so attentive to the table and did not have to be reminded about refills. This made for a great start to our experience.
We then started into our dinner order, and as our entrées arrived, everything was great and quality, presentation and it was piping hot.
No complaints here. Actually better than our Mesa visit. I would commute out of the way just for this experience alone.
Great job Red Lobster Chandler
Karl is a great assets to your team. It’s hard to find customer service like this nowadays.

We had the shrimp week day special and it was delicious with the exception of the fries. I’ve had better fries almost anywhere. The best part of the entire meal was the service. Our server Melvin was the best. There were 4 of us at the table and all agreed he’s the best server we’ve had at that restaurant. Really impressive server. He was prompt, funny, nice and did a great job making sure we had what we needed! Thanks Melvin!

Have not been to this restaurant since early 2000’s and once as a kid. What’s changed? Menu prices went up (as they have everywhere) restaurant atmosphere is still beautiful, very dim and darker than I remember but really liked it (forgot it was daytime) cheese biscuits are not nearly the same quality in taste as I remember. They used to be so hard to keep from eating-these were a different taste, not as moist, just not as flavorful but still ok. Husband ordered the Surf and Turf $42.99 (lobster and steak with a side-he had the baked potato) which he liked but said the portions have definitely gone down-still pretty good he said. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans $32.99, which came with two sides. I had mashed potatoesand did a premiumside of their bacon mac n cheese. Bacon mac n cheese was not great, mashed potatoes were better honestly. It wasn’t the best salmon I’ve had but was definitely better than most. All in all, very nice and clean restaurant that is lit for private and/or romantic dining, cozy and coastal theme with wood, decor, and feels like you’re in a ship. Service was very good, the food was a 3-star for us for the cost and portions but glad we went to a place we haven’t been to in years.

I was greeted by a gentleman with gray hair and a big smile who honored my seating request. I like sitting in the bar at a booth. I ordered the 3 courses special and the kitchen did not disappoint. The salad and biscuits were fresh, the coconut shrimp was sinfully delicious, and Shrimp Alfredo was more than I could finish, and it arrived hot. Gabriel was on and made my visit a memorable one. Thank you, gentleman, for the wonderful hospitality and good eats. See you soon.

Overall experince was about 3.5, close to a 4. Price is high for the food quality provided. 3 adults, we ordered the Wednesday weekday special (7oz sirloin, lobster tail and sides), the weekday shrimp trio (popcorn shrimp with fries, butter garlic shrimp scampi and shrimp linguine pasta), and we also ordered a plate of snow crab legs. The best item was the lobster (I’m not normally a fan of, but this place nailed it. Thank goodness for the name!) The crab would have been better but wayyy too salty. Our poor server was refilling drinks left and right. The shrimp was rubbery and tasted fishy – not good. However sides and steak are hard to mess up. Those were perfect! Im glad to be able to enjoy steak and sides, but I came for seafood and only lobster being editable is disappointing.
Server for us, Melvin(?), was very friendly and attentive. Note: please dont put clean napkins on top of the biscuit basket. I dont think it was intentional, but just a friendly note
Overall environment: not anything over the top fancy but for a Red lobester location, very clean, friendly staff. Everything was clean and I think this will be a place I visit once in a while. Thank you!

Service was great. We went on Valentine’s Day and it was very busy. All of our food came out quickly and our server, Melvin, was super attentive. He checked in on us throughout the meal and made sure everything was good.

I recently went to Red Lobster for the first time in over 10 years after hearing that the new CEO had introduced seafood boil bags to the menu. Let me just say, it was 10,000% better than the overhyped seafood boil bag places everyone seems to rave about. Not only was the flavor spot-on, but the price felt about $10 cheaper compared to those other places, which made it an even bigger win.
The seafood boil bag itself was outstanding. The seasoning was balanced perfectly—not too salty, not bland at all—and the spice level had just the right kick without being overwhelming. Every bite tasted fresh and flavorful, and I honestly couldn’t stop comparing it in my head to the overpriced versions I’ve tried elsewhere. This is definitely a menu change that makes Red Lobster worth revisiting, and I can say with confidence I’ll 100% be going back for it.
The only downsides were more about the atmosphere and service. Our waitress seemed great at first, but when a large group came in, her attention went fully to them, leaving us feeling a bit forgotten. On top of that, the restaurant itself felt very dim inside—minimal lighting, almost too dark for a sit-down dinner vibe.
Still, the food more than made up for those things. The seafood boil bag is absolutely worth it and a reason I’ll keep coming back.
Not enough pictures of my food to justify this place will be adding new pictures soon.
