Nice warm place to come after the snow storm. Jonathan took our order, he’s very funny and friendly. Georgia in the dining area is very attentive and will do anything you need. The staff looks to enjoy being here. We felt very welcomed.

Over priced GF bun that tastes horrible and completely crumbles apart & can not even eat it. Ordered frozen custard with peanut butter sauce (.50cents) received tiniest amount possible of sauce on top and it was chocolate shell n Carmel sauce. Not what I ordered!

I looked up the hours for Culver’s on Airport Rd. in Arden, NC. The information on Google maps and Google Chrome both stated that this location was open until 11pm. After looking up what time this Culver’s closed to make sure, I got dressed, went out in the cold, at night, and drove to Culver’s which is 1 mile from my mom’s house where I’ve been visiting from MI. I arrived at 10:20pm. Although there were MULTIPLE cars in the parking lot, for employees I’m guessing, when I pulled up to the speaker there was a recording saying the restaurant was already closed. Not one person inside bothered to greet me or explain why they were already closed at 20 minutes after 10. I rode up to the window and then drove back around to the drive-thru speaker where the recording came on again. I then videod it to include the time and the speaker. It really wouldn’t matter as much except it’s December 21, extremely cold outside, and I drove up to Culver’s for NOTHING. I then tried to call the restaurant while sitting at the drive-thru speaker and got no answer but the phone call just disconnected after it rang repeatedly about 9 or 10 times. …AT LEAST. The employees couldn’t even do me the courtesy of either answering/explaining on the drive-thru speaker, coming to the drive-thru window, OR even just by answering the phone. It was like they were hiding out of sight or something, and the multiple cars in the parking lot were there for what exactly? …left there overnight??? It’s just BS to close early or NOT to have the accurate information on Google Maps/GPS or Google Chrome. It’s an inconvenient and inconsiderate move on their part, especially since it’s winter, it’s nighttime, and I’m both an older person as well as disabled.

The food here is great but I do need to mention the manager, Joseph. What an amazing personality and helpful attitude. We were deployed here on a mission with Samaritans Purse and we had never been to a Culvers before. So when Joseph heard that, he immediately explained every part of the menu so we could order exactly what we wanted. He took the time with us northerners to be sure our lunch was amazing before our flight back home. He made sure everyone in the dining room was taken care of, even offering to help elderly customers who may have a hard time getting their drinks to their tables. He walked around the dining room checking on customers and had a generally positive and caring attitude. Really fantastic experience!

The whole order was, I assume a communication problem (either from telecom issues or lack of caring) but we order cheese curds and a MALT chocolate shake with the rest of the order. Got a regular chocolate shake instead and no curds. The swiss and mushroom sandwich was good and the mixers were great and I like the fries. Drive through attendant was a little rude and didn’t ask if anything was needed… 1st time eating here.

Everything I’ve had at I just I I Culver’s has been very good every time I’ve been there! I’ve just started going there in the last few weeks. I work nearby and I have a short lunch break. As a result, I have only had time to use the drive-through window. (I live over 30 minutes away, so it’s difficult for my wife and I to get to Culver’s.) The drive-through crew is great. They’re polite, efficient, and helpful. I can’t wait to take my wife there soon and enjoy the dine-in side of Culver’s.

We have been to this location a few times and have almost always gone in and ordered at the counter. It’s a tossup on whether we take it to-go or eat inside, but both methods are great. The customer service at Culver’s is unmatched- everyone is very friendly and welcoming, as well as super efficient. When we visited most recently, I got the limited-time Curderburger basket, which comes with a side of fries and a drink. Due to the boil notice, they only were serving canned drinks or bottles of water, so I got a bottle of water. The burger was really good, and definitely something to try at least once in your life! The cheese curd patty acts as the cheese for the burger, and it was crunchy and complemented the meat patty well. The french fries were crispy and fresh-tasting, and didn’t really need ketchup or anything. Overall, we had a really good time here and always do have a good time. The parking lot can get pretty busy because it’s a popular spot. It’s also right across the street from a complex of stores including Target, so it’s a busy area in general.

The burger was very good and the frozen custard the best I’ve had but the drive thru experience wasn’t great. We were treated like a nuance and then had to be parked and waited for 15 minutes for our food. Second time we ordered in the app. Still waited a while for our food. Both times the order wasn’t fully correct.

Had a great experience at Culver’s! The shrimp dinner was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The chocolate custard was rich, creamy, and the perfect treat to top it off. Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I’ll definitely be back!

I am utterly disappointed in this restaurant. Waited in line the other day at the drive through and was 2 cars behind where you place order and heard them say they were not serving anyone else. So we got out of line and left like everyone else.
Well, tried today. Waited in drive through for 20 minutes before we got our food.
We ordered hamburger with cheese and gluten free bun.
Checked the bag before driving off and we had 2 pieces of cheese in a container for me and 2 pieces of cheese in another container. My mother in law got a hamburger with onion and in the container was only 2 pieces of onion
NO HAMBURGER AT ALL!
I dont know what kind of joke they are doing but this is absolutely ridiculous!
