I got chipotle a week ago and found a bunch of what looked like insect eggs in my food, mind you I was halfway through my bowl. One of the eggs had a worm coming out of it. I contacted their customer support and they said they were going to call me back and never did. I better not see the copy/paste comment you post when you get a negative review either, because I already contacted that and got nowhere. I will be looking into my options but steer clear of this nasty filth of a place!!

One of the worst chipotles around you’re either getting skimmed heavily on your online order or they’re completely messing up your order and giving you someone else’s food
the amount of times me and my girlfriend have gotten home and opened our bowls and it hasn’t even been our order has happened like five times the management here must be poor because the workers are pretty terrible.

Please tell me how this is EXTRA of those toppings. Seriously this is pathetic. I’ve always chose the Canfield location over the Boardman location (which I’m closer to), but after receiving not one, not two, BUT THREE bowls that were no fuller than this, I can’t say I am going to continue to give them my business. (3 of the 4 items were bowls and were around the same fullness.) The burrito that was ordered was actually full. Not to mention, the chips were stale and tasted like the fryer oil. Can’t believe I used a free entree reward on this crap.

Should have seen the inside of this location this evening, I thought about taking a picture but a video would’ve did more justice. There was trash on the floor & other stuff all left in the dining area, trash and food all on the floor behind the counter, and so much scattered food across the counter where they make your stuff, I had to ask the girl if she would tear off part of my shell that she dragged across the meat, I told her I was a vegetarian and she asked are you allergic I said no I just don’t want cross contaminated with meat. Get a bowl if you don’t want a poorly wrapped burrito. Only recognized one member of the crew who is an excellent employee and he was eating. I frequent this Chipotle location twice a week but might have to find a new burrito spot. The standards have gone down, the prices have gone up yet the portions continue to get smaller strange strategy. Sad day for a former Chipotle enthusiast.

Walked in and walked right out! Staff on their phones, one customer in store. All tables filthy, food scraps everywhere, sauces smeared on tabletops, chairs were disgusting. Floor was dirty. Walked up to food counter and the food service line also was unkept. Food scraps everywhere, chicken and steak and beans trays were looked dry and old. Again, one customer in store. Full staff not caring one iota.

Every time you go, they give you less than every other chipotle in the country. The employees are rude and do not care for customers. This isn’t a one off, this has happened 5-6 times in a row. Not to mention, the last time they did not have any chips at 6:30 pm. Save yourself a headache and go to the one in Boardman near south Ave.

So when I went to my first Chipotle 20 years ago in Kent Ohio I was addicted with the first bite. There was so much food I couldn’t finish the burrito. Well, a lot has changed. Tacos at this location barely had any chicken. So Chipotle offered me BOGO free to make up for the poor product. So I ordered tacos again for my kid, and they put even less chicken and cheese on them. WTH? I guess Chipotle is trying to solve the obesity epidemic in America

I ordered guac and chips last night. When I picked it up, I noticed the guacamole was slightly brown. I opened it and scooped my first bite onto my chip, and all that was in there was rotten pieces of avocado. Disgusting!
