Tried for the time here as a Thai food lover. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered Tomyum soup with tofu, Spicy basil fried rice with tofu and cashew nut chicken.
Kids fried rice for my infant. The soup is spicy as requested but fried is lacking a bit of basil taste and would be nice if it was spicy as requested. Cashew chicken was also mild but the taste was really good. I would definitely recommend it.

Definitely visiting again! Very generous and delicious servings, compliments to the chef there’s a lot of love in these dishes. Our family of five went later in the evening, service was quick for all appetizers and entrees. Beverly was incredibly personable. Thank yall again

I hate to give bad ratings, but it is what it is.

Placed an online order (take out) for Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Hot Basil Fried Rice, and Green Curry. The order took ~apox 40 minutes and was wrong—we received plain fried rice instead of Hot Basil Fried Rice (realized it when we came to our hotel room. Called and informed the restaurant, but they said the order was right. However do not agree. See pic).

The food quality was not on par with the reviews – across the board:

– Pad Thai was too sweet.
– Drunken Noodles were not spicy at all, despite requesting medium spice.
– Hot Basil Fried Rice had no basil, no heat, and was literally just plain fried rice. Either they got the order wrong or this is what their “Hot Basil Fried Rice” tastes.
– Green Curry was passable but watery and thin.

This place does not live up to its reviews or Reddit recommendations.

We tried Thai Cuisine and Sushi Bar the very next day and the difference was night and day. Their Drunken Noodles were properly spicy and smoky, and the Red Curry was thick, creamy, and flavorful. Yes, it’s about $3 more per dish, but the quality is significantly better.

Bottom line: Slow service, incorrect order, and subpar food. Not worth the time or money when far better Thai food is available nearby.

Dont sit immediately by the door because it dings at ANY movement. But otherwise FANTASTIC experience. Got pineapple rice with a heat level 5/5. Very good very flavorful and balanced so that the heat didn’t hide any flavor. Very few places in Myrtle beach put good flavor in their food anymore, but this was amazing. Will be back regularly!

I recently dined at this Thai restaurant and overall had a good experience. I ordered the pineapple fried rice, which had great flavor, but the texture of some ingredients could use a bit of fine-tuning. The pineapples and tomatoes were softer than expected, which slightly affected the dish’s balance. That said, the taste was still enjoyable and satisfying.

The freshness of the shrimp rolls was not the greatest. This I am unable to recommend with good conscience.

I would recommend giving this place a try for yourself.

As for the atmosphere, it really depends on what you’re looking for. We were the only guests dining in at the time, so it was very quiet. If you prefer a calm, peaceful dining experience, this might be just the spot for you.

Delicious!!!

We stopped by for a quick dinner before a movie and they accommodated us quickly.

The service was awesome but the food was even better. The ingredients are super fresh and all of our meals were AMAZING.

p.s. make sure you order the mango sticky rice for dessert! HIGHLY recommend!

Good food, one of the better places in town for Thai food. I get take out from Thai E-San about twice a month. My food is always good, everything fresh and everything correctly cooked. I like the flavor but I can’t take the heat. So when I order mild it comes mild and this makes me happy. Some other places just keep adding the heat regardless of my mild request. I’ve had a few different items here but I usually get the Chicken Pad Thai. The dinner comes with a side salad. I think it’s ginger dressing but I’m not certain, however, I am certain that it’s really good and I like it. I always get take out but the inside of the restaurant is fine. Kind of a tight sitting area and very strip mall (everything in Myrtle Beach is in a strip mall). From my perspective it’s more of a take out place but you can comfortably eat in the restaurant if you choose. The food is always ready on time and correctly bagged. What I mean is they put hot and cold items in separate bags, this makes a big difference. There is plenty of parking and it’s easy to get in and out. I like this place and I think you will too. If you’re looking for good Thai take out E-San Thai is a good choice.

My first time here, I will go every time. I had Pha Goong shrimp salad with sticky rice. It was sweet. Sour . Salty filled with lemon grass and mint leaves. Perfectly prepared! Mouth watering and yummy to the last bite!! I highly recommend this place! Thankyou!

Went here on a whim to try some Thai food while in the Plaza. The food was pretty good. We tried the Calamari appetizer and it was only like 6 or so of them and they were tiny so I wouldn’t reccomend grabbing those.

We tried the Thai iced coffee and iced tea – both were very good!
