Multiple experiences at this tacobell. From being completely ignored in lobby for over 15 min just for a gift card. To the constant sad display of the food they serve, while always asking to upcharge you and don’t forget that donation to round up change. If you order a doritos locos taco, consider that already broken when you unwrap it. This travesty of a “Grilled cheese burrito” was my last straw for this place. At least I can count on them to say “have a nice day.”

Food has not been bad yet but the people running the drive through ask WAY too many questions. It makes the experience extremely frustrating. No I don’t want all the extra stuff you ask me about. I always wonder what takes the person in front of me SO LONG. It’s not the customer it’s the questions these people ask. Ridiculous. 60 seconds of extra questions. Not cool.

I’ve been through so many tacobells, and so far the few times that I have been to this location, but saddly a thing called hospitality and basic customer service, especially when working in the food industry, the host threw the drive thru , was so rude and had a attitude especially whe she shoved the box of food into my hands , that made me want to throw my food away, I wasn’t given no receipt, to write the survey about this rude unacceptable service, some basic 101 customer service teaching seems to be taught .

While on a road trip to Hell’s Canyon, I was on my way back home when I needed breakfast because I’d been driving since 6 AM.

I ordered a grande toasted breakfast burrito on the app to pick up in store because I wanted to get a senior coffee too. App said my order would be ready at 10:40AM. When I entered the store, there were 3 guys ordering at the kiosks. Asked at the counter for the coffee but was told they don’t do “senior” coffee but I could get a free fountain drink instead. I’ve always gotten a senior coffee with breakfast, no problem. Talked to the manager and she reluctantly agreed to give me one “just this once”. (The coffee was cold.) Shortly after that, one of the guys was given his order, but I still hadn’t gotten mine. It was finally ready at 10:53 – 13 minutes PAST when it was supposed to be ready.

A grande TOASTED breakfast burrito is supposed to be, well, TOASTED. Not mine. It began coming unwrapped and falling apart as soon as I opened it. I ended up having to rewrap it so it would stay together. Some of the potatoes inside were hard as rocks, to the point that I initially thought they had made a mistake and given me bacon instead of sausage. And I could literally count the number of tiny pieces of sausage inside.

When I’m home, I get this same order at least twice a week because I love their TOASTED burritos. The one that was made here this morning, though, was NOT up to Taco Bell standards, not by a long shot. Nor was the service. To take almost 15 minutes MORE to get a simple breakfast burrito out (especially when drive through customers were being served) was just completely unacceptable.

Food: This is a pretty subjective category, but in my opinion, it’s always high-quality and enjoyable, and is usually a good value for what you pay

Service: With the exception of one specific woman whose name I don’t know, the employees are very friendly and helpful. If you ask for your drink or have a question/problem with your order, they’re happy to help. They almost never mess up my order. They messed it up for the first time today, but they promptly remade it *and* gave me coupons for free items with future purchases. They all seem to be genuinely kind people (again, excluding the one woman on day shift who is always glaring and gets snarky if you try to ask her a question)

Atmosphere: This is also subjective, but I love it. You can order on a kiosk for minimal interaction, or at the register if that’s your thing. They usually play music that was popular between 2010 and 2016, which is one of my personal favorite eras. The restaurant is almost always clean, including the bathrooms. They also keep the sauces, napkins, and forks full, which is awesome

To conclude, this may be the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to (and trust me, I’ve been to a lot). I accredit it mostly to the employees and their demeanor and attitudes (except that one specific one. Not sure what her deal is). Whatever they’re making, they all deserve a raise. My only complaint is that they’re unable to hook me up with one of the light blue employee hats, but I’m sure that’s corporate policy, so they should be commended for following it

Very slow service. The staff will ignore you. The annoying kiosks were not allowing me to order a drink without ice in the winter. So I decided to go to the front counter. Where I was promptly ignored for over 5 minutes. I realized they didn’t want to help me. I wasn’t about to start yelling to get service because that rude and gets your food tampered with. So I just left. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I picked up a mobile order in the drive thru. First of all, the employee at the window didn’t even say anything to me let alone look at me. But I ordered a burrito with rice added, grilled, and extra sour cream. I got the rice, but it was not grilled and had no sour cream at all instead of the extra that I paid extra for. I also didn’t receive any napkins or any of the sauce that I ordered. I stop here every time I drive across the state, but I will no longer be doing that. 🙂

Don’t like the order yourself screen so much!! It’s a bit hard to navigate. I have had to help several older people place and pay for their orders on the screen!! I have witnessed frustration from people while doing this, so much so, that they almost left without ordering but we love taco bell
