The service was completely horrible. We ordered a plate and the server gave us half the portion and COMPLETELY forgot about our side of crab ragoons. When we asked Brayan he gave my girlfriend a snarky comment and did not tell us that there was going to be a wait on them. Overall a horrible experience do not go unless you want to be treated horribly. Will not be coming here again. And management team please do a better job at hiring and training your employees.

Counter-service American style Chinese food with all the customary dishes. Always hot, quick and tasty. Plenty of parking and clean. Very consistent. Lately they can get hit with flurries of people all at once, so you might have a wait.

Do NOT try and go to this location past 7 PM. They are virtually out of most items and it takes forever for them to make it fresh. My daughter and I visited this location and made the mistake of waiting for orange chicken. We were told it would be two minutes and it took 15 minutes to come out. Not only that, I asked for a refund for a discount from the general manager, which he provided, but then denied to give us the food. The whole point of the discount or refund was because the food was taking 8X longer than what we were told! Incredibly poor customer service.

Bland and undercooked fried rice with no wok hei like other panda express i’ve had, the orange chicken was all batter, the noodles had no taste and were overcooked. It was almost 12pm and half the menu items to choose from were missing and were not cooked yet. The container for the bigger plate seems smaller compared to other branches. Panda express at the mall is better. Also its the middle of lunch time people are eating and people are vacuuming and scrubbing the floors in the kitchen, the whole time we were eating it was so loud. Pretty sure that kind of heavy cleaning should have been done the night before and just to maintain with light cleaning during busy periods. Worst panda express i’ve been in. Never going back to this branch.

Service: Staff was very friendly and efficient
Food: Noticed the chicken looked very pale ordered the “plate” with a chow mein, orange chicken and green bean chicken. The food was mostly tasteless, the chicken unseasoned, chow mein dry and oily. Nothing like I was expecting.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No stars for anything! I placed an order on the app and paid for it, an hour before I wanted to pick it up. I received an email confirmation of it. I also received a text message saying my order was ready. When I arrived, they found my order and said they dont have any crab rangoon and they couldnt make any! I will never place an order on the app again and pay for it ahead of time. I will probably not get my money back!

Crab rangoon cold, soda has way too much carbonation, sweet tea watered down and not sweet, rice cold… the whole place was mediocre at best. Although I wouldn’t recommend this one. I’ve never had a problem before with this chain but this particular location is less than par.

This is a typical Americanized Chinese cuisine restaurant. Food was fresh and flavorful. Staff were friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. You can pick different combinations of side and entree for different prices. If you feel any of the side or entree is not fresh enough in the tray, you can ask them to cook them fresh for you but you just need to wait for few minutes.
