Nicest young lady at the register that always get’s my picky order correct. Even the very few times it was done wrong by the kitchen, there was no hesitation to fix it again. This is a nice place to eat with a relaxing atmosphere.

Just picked up my New Yorker sandwich and very disappointed this time. I know times are tough but cutting half of the meat on this sandwich is insane. If I was dining in, I would given this back for how much it cost.

The twin sisters behind the counter were great. Chic-Fil-A level customer service at a McAlisters. The best club sandwich and chicken tortilla soup I’ve had at any McAlisters. This is our new go to spot in Philadelphia.

I had the McAlister club and my wife had the grilled chicken sandwich. They were good but many times in the past the kids pizzas have been cold or barely warm. Having said all of the above, the food is still good. I would have given it 5 stars but the food can be improved on.

The staff was friendly and helpful with options on our order. Opened spaced atmosphere was nice for my mom and I to visit while we ate our meal. We both had the “pick two” half salad, 1/2 sandwich or 1/2 spud plate. Gave it 4⭐’s cause instead of cutting a potato(spud) in half, they gutted out half of it…? Which I thought was odd but overall the food, the service and especially the atmosphere was really nice to sit and chat:)

I’ve gone to mcalister’s for several years, and everytime i go it’s always delicious. First off the staff is always so nice, and always willing to help me decide on there many delicious choices. The food is amazing and very fresh. I don’t know if i can recommend a salad or a sandwich more. If i had to pick one thing to complain about is they are a bit pricy but it’s worth every penny. Plus the portion sides are huge

I LOVE their kids cups for my little one and niece! … The people here kept up with the after-church rush like champions in Sunday! I never have any trouble here. The toasties are great for my 1.5-year-old, there’s a fantastic variety of spuds and sandwiches (they’re good!), and they’ve never gotten my order wrong, even though I always ask for no ham on the Italian 🙂

I am a long time lover of McAlister’s but this was first time visiting this location. I was in town visiting my aunt who lives about 10 mins away. I placed an order online and it was ready when I arrived. My order was accurate and food was delicious! I always get the mcalister’s club with potato salad and a sweet tea. I will be back to visit next time I’m back in the South!

My husband and I stopped in here while traveling through the area for lunch. The lady that took our order was not the nicest and not very helpful. The order took awhile, but they were busy, so I get that. The food was okay. The restaurant was not the cleanest. We were disappointed in the visit. Usually we have good experiences with McAlister’s. this was the exception.
