This is our first time trying Papa John’s Pizza and it did not disappoint. $8 large one topping pizza deal? Fed a family of 6 for $25. Great pizza. I love New York Style Pizza and this scratched my itch. I got NY crust with light Alfredo sauce and roma tomatoes Hubby is picky about sauce and he liked their regular pizza sauce on his pepperoni pizza. Service was some of the best we’ve had in awhile… We just picked up our order through the drive thru window and the gentlemen was kind, polite, and thoughtful. He offered seasonings, plates, napkins… Very kind guy. We will definitely order again soon!

Adian did an amazing job with my wife and I’s late night craving for some garlic knots right before they closed up for the night. He was very personable and easy to talk with. As it was our first time having Papa John’s he did an amazing job at welcoming us and making our experience one to remember. We will sure to be back because of him and sure hope to meet with him again.

Was excited to try PJs again. But $50 for 2 “large” pizzas (and that’s with a coupon for $8)? They weren’t as good as I remember and the ham/bacon tasted like it was from a honey glazed ham or something… too sweet. My whole family was confused as we remember PJs being really good. I’ll stick with Pizza Ranch and Jakes. Service was good and were delivered 10 minutes early.. so that was good.

Ar 4 pm I ordered my food for 6:15 because I worked until 6. About 40 dollars worth of food. They decided to make it right away. When I called they told me sorry you didn’t order it for 6:15. Needless to say I got food was 2 hours old. My wings were dry hardly sauce and pretty much inedible. Pizza and cheese bread were so stale I couldn’t pull them apart. Ruined my first experience. I’ll probably never go back.

Undercooked. Every single time. Even if you ask for long bake. Missing items every single time. They sent me a pizza with all the cheese sauce and topping piled in the middle surrounded by 3 inches of crust. They need to shut down for a couple weeks and completely retrain the staff AND the management. I get it when it’s the first few weeks. But it’s actually gotten worse in the last couple months. I used to like papa John’s, and was glad to get one back after they changed all the top management. But this is clearly a lost cause.

We used the pick up window and waited close to 10 minutes with no service. During that time, we could clearly see the employee working the window on his phone and repeatedly picking his ear and nose. We honked and tried to get someone’s attention, but nothing happened, so we eventually had to go inside. Once inside, there were several employees standing around on their phones. We did not receive an apology for the wait or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which was disappointing.

I Ike the ordering on-line then going to the drive-up window for pickup. That worker is always smiling and friendly! The on-line site shows many clear pictures with a full menu and all of the deals.
Pizza was delicious! Large, 3 topping for $15 and it’s 2 meals for 2 of us!

I previously had a 1 star review here because of the low quality service but I suspect that they weeded out the bad apples because my partner tried this place again and found the service to be much more acceptable. I love the garlic epic stuffed crust and grand papa which I think is a little addicting. Wish it had more slices though!

Second time I’ve ordered online, figured I would toss a review on here! The website can be a bit broken with ordering, but I have managed to get my order through correctly. Thats not an issue to me. What I want to say is I am greeted by multiple friendly faces that work the counter, you have multiple people making the pizzas, looks like a well planned operation! I appreciate the Can-Cozie with the Papa John’s logo! Also, pizza was well toppled, cooked to perfection, no complaints from me! I hope you stick around to serve the Mankato area.
