Well, you no longer get Parmesan for free. You have to buy it as well with ranch. My pizza is missing toppings when I asked for a refund I can only get credit so they get my business again.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Samantha for her incredible generosity. She is providing free pizza to our kiddos at school for their Christmas party out of her own pocket, and it has made such a positive impact. In a time when not everyone steps up, she goes above and beyond without expecting anything in return.

The new manager of this location, Samantha, really has outdone herself. Her generosity made a Christmas party happen for 24 students from a title one school (low income). Everything was hot, fresh, and boxed with care exactly as we needed. Seriously if you’ve had an issue in the past, go give this shop another chance with the new management. Wasn’t completely happy with this place, but not being from this area and doing laundry a couple blocks away, I didn’t want to venture far to get pizza or something resembling pizza.
There was a drive-thru so I pulled up. Apparently, it is not a drive thru but a pickup window for online orders. Okayyyyyy. Let me clarify I came through right when they opened. There was NO ONE in the drive thru or in the store itself- no one regarding customers. So the employee, Tiffany, explained she cannot take my order and fulfil it at the window. So, I went inside but before I pulled away from the window, I let her know what I would be ordering thinking ok she will start the order and I will come in, pay, and have a shorter wait. I entered the store and she genuinely acted like this was her first time interacting with me. I was like “Huh.” So my order had not been started, I repeated the order, and sat there and waited. For the cheese sticks I ordered, I received THE smallest cup of marinara sauce (after asking for extra sauce), and no napkins, utensils, nothing. There were also no napkins or utensils in site for me to self serve/grab myself.
I was frustrated to say the least. I just left.
The only saving grace for this place was that the store was very very clean.

Never heard from Pizza Hut customer service about my experience therefore rating went from 2 to 1. With how Pizza Hut is going down in popularity you would think corporate would want to salvage its reputation and keep customers satisfied.

I’m done giving this place a chance. We ordered a pizza bundle that included a 2 liter of soda through the app; driver forgot the soda. He told us he would run back to the store to go get it for us and never came back. I called the store an hour after the delivery to ask what’s going on (mind you, we only live like 10 minutes away) and a woman claiming to be the manager acted like it was a hassle to take care of customers in general. I get it, you didn’t have that specific soda, next time call and ask the customer to see if they’d like a different one BEFORE the driver leaves and don’t treat your customers like garbage for asking why they didn’t get what they paid for or why the driver hasn’t returned yet.

I called to order a pizza delivered tonight, The man that works there, does not want to do Buisness? I won’t be back and it won’t be long and they will be out of business doing people / patrons this way!! I used to work for Pizza Hut when I was younger and have been loyal to them for years. It saddens me to see how business is done now!

I went in and ordered the largest batch of chicken wings and when we got home and opened the containers, they were full of the damn nuggets. I didn’t order nuggets, if I wanted nuggets, I would have ordered nuggets. I ordered WINGS !!!! THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!

For about $75 for 3 larges and a medium pizza, this could have been a lot better! I ordered online about 3:15 pm to be picked up at 4:15pm which it was and this is what we get. I ordered hand tossed pizza but it seems more like thin crust and burnt! Not that great at all. For $75 I could have gotten something way better than this!
