I went to pick up soup for my wide, who was home with a cold. I saw they had group sizes and ordered that. When I got home, there was only 1 of 4 in the bag.

Food is generally good. More than once they forgot an item when I did take out and the sandwiches are not very neat, like just thrown together. Also, I feel this restaurant location could take more interest in cleanliness.

I didn’t eat this visit I got hot coffee. Usually I get ice coffee but this morning I was unable to have any coffee so got my hot coffee from Panera. The vibe in this place no matter how busy they are is always relaxing. Sometimes I bring work in with me. Whether I do or don’t I can feel relaxed enough to get this done. People are always friendly and ready to help. When I do get food it is excellent.

I have eaten at Panera Bread for many years. The Midlothian VA store when I finally got my husband to go was a horrible experience. The chili he got was like cheap can chili. My Chicken sandwich had 3 pieces of chicken the size of a cornflake. Mac and cheese was cold. I do not think I will be going back.

I just discovered the Green Goddess Avocado Toast with feta and arugula at Panera Bread! I add egg white and some garlic aioli with coffee this is under $10.00. When I travel Panera is my go to for consistency and good healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner! A great value for a healthy meal!

This was the bread that came with my chili. WTH. The kitchen looks a mess. They need a deep cleaning. Staff is nice and very friendly. They are very patient when dealing with picky customers. The people in from of me put them to the test but they stayed the course . Not a easy job. But they need to make sure the product is right before it goes out. I thought someone ate off my bread .

Order is completely wrong, food is half full on salad. I paid for tomatoes on the salad ans there are none. When I called the store the manager argued with me saying we made it right and that she would refuse to assist to make this order right. I order this same sandwich all the time, who the heck want hot mayo and vegetables on a sandwich. Rude employees and I am in customer service where you fix the issue. Not a good experience and I will no longer order from this Panera again.

Panera has good tasting, quality food. Our salads had the appropriate light dressing. The baguettes were fresh. The corn chowder wasn’t over salty. My steak & cheddar cheese w creamy, horseradish sauce and pickled onions was delicious. Be forewarned the Pick2 is billed per entre and will add up. We were surprised to be charged $25 for lunch. This has been change from former practice. We remembered paying one price for two items w the Pick2 in the past.
