Thank you so much for hosting our dinner! We love you guys and we found a new go to date night favorite! See you soon!
The food had moments of potential (steaks were good), but the details were a mess. Oysters were delivered without identification, the mushrooms were flavorless and half cooked, and the “side” portion sizes on the fish were insulting-three pieces of broccolini is not a side dish that’s a garnish. Also, charging $4 per refill on fountain drinks is bold and not common practice in high-end establishments but especially not when you have to flag the waitress down and ask for a refill yourself every time. It felt familiar and almost chaotic rather than premium to us like it’s still Mcnellies or Ink-Fire on the inside. I left still hungry and frustrated to say the least. Next time I’m looking to drop $400 on dinner maybe I’ll consider The Ranch, Red Prime or Mahogany?
I thought I didn’t like oysters after trying them on a couple vacations, and it turns out I just had not had good ones because I loved the selection here. Each one I tried was outstanding (can’t remember the names but the Canadian region ones were my favorite). 10/10 and can’t wait to come back!! My husband is very picky about his steaks and hard to impress, and he loved the quality and they were cooked to perfection. This spot is incredible and we are looking forward to visiting again! The owners were also there and so kind and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
The grilled oysters were the best we’ve had, and we like the bread it comes with (and yes, the warm grilled lemon) were a nice touch. The details make you feel like someone in the kitchen really cares about your experience.
The cocktails are well balanced– nothing cloyingly sweet! And I could even eat the delicious cheesecake without getting a headache. Most sweets are just too much. Not this.
The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant or attentive. No snobbery or slacking here.
The place is spotless. The bathroom smells good. The chairs are so comfortable you won’t want to leave (seriously everyone at our table mentioned the chairs on the way out. lol).
My other favorites were the soup and wedge salad. We’ve tried several of the sides and all were good with large portions.
Can’t wait to come here with various friend groups. Everyone we’ve been with so far (we’ve been 3x ) loved it.
The meal was good and the service was fine.
Started dinner with an $18 cocktail that was literally less than an ounce of liquid. See picture.
Wanted to love this place. Spent over $300 for two people and just didn’t feel like it was worth it.
The moment we walked in, the atmosphere pulled us in. The space is beautiful—warm, intimate, and thoughtfully designed. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and I love the charm of those long, narrow restaurants you find in New York or Chicago. Juliette captures that same energy up front, with a more traditional dining room tucked away in the back. It couldn’t have been executed better.
Our bartender was young but absolutely top‑tier. His service was attentive without being intrusive, and his Old Fashioned was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. He was easy to talk to and genuinely elevated the entire experience. A second bartender came on later with that same polished, welcoming presence. Even though she didn’t make our drinks, her service and conversation were just as impressive.
The menu made it hard to choose—everything sounded incredible—but I went with the filet and cheddar grits. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and practically melted in my mouth. The grits were on another level entirely. My wife had already eaten earlier, so she ordered the wedge salad and still ended up stealing bites of my meal. The salad was crisp, cold, and fresh—exactly what it should be.
One thing that really stood out was the owner. He was hands‑on with his staff while still taking time to greet guests, and you could feel the pride he has in the place. The level of training and care shows in every interaction. It made the whole experience feel personal and genuinely local.
There isn’t a single thing I would change about our visit—other than wishing I had the stomach capacity to try more of the menu. I recommend Juliette wholeheartedly. Norman is lucky to have a steakhouse of this caliber.
