I have been coming to this place for years. The bar has changed owners and really done a good job at revamping the bar. It’s an entire new staff and feel. The food is good but the bartenders make you feel like a regular rather you’re here for the first time or a long time. They have good weekly specials food and beverages. I really like the shot specials and love the chicken blt wrap. I’ve seen some negative reviews but I recommend going in and feeling it out yourself. You won’t hate it.

There was no heat in the restaurant, and food and drink service was very unorganized. The staff was clearly ill-prepared for the large crowd for the Let’s Get Social Raleigh event. I waited over 40 minutes for my order while tables that ordered after me were served first. I requested a refund and received no apology. I’m undecided if I will return, as I understand this is new management, but at a minimum, staff should be uniformed and organized regardless of crowd size.

Disappointed with customer service. We purchased the wake county fundraiser coupon book that gives people an opportunity to support local businesses while also trying new food places. We placed an order based on the BOGO coupon for this restaurant. Unfortunately, when we picked up our food, we were told management had changed hands and they will not honor the branded coupons. One would assume they would want the business as new management. We didn’t want to waste food so we purchased full price but will not return due to the poor customer relations.

Now don’t get me wrong, the food here is great, but what is the three main things a customer will see first coming in your restaurant? The bathrooms, the waiters/waitresses and the menu.

The bathroom smelled like a porta-potty at a cross country meet (you don’t wanna know) and the waitress we got had a meh, just get it done with and end my shift attitude. I saw them eating food in between serving us
