I was a bit disappointed with my Turkey and Provolone Sub in a Tub. It wasn’t nearly as good as it has been in the past, and the preparation seemed a little questionable. I understand the employee may have been new, but this was both my lunch and dinner, so it was especially disappointing.

I’m just so disappointed. This is not the first time I’ve had the same issue here. I ordered a sub in the app. I don’t eat meat. I had no choice but to order a ham and cheese sub and make a note in capital letters NO MEAT PLEASE. I came into the store and spoke with someone just as I hit the order button in my app. I wanted to let them know to please not be skimpy with the cheese. That’s it. I really feel this should be common sense. My entire sub is cheese lettuce tomato. I spoke with someone behind the counter and she understood. When I got home I discovered it had ham everywhere. I had to go all the way back. When I gave it back, I neglected to again mention the cheese. This is my almost $18 sub with one thin layer of cheese. It was more a bread sandwich than anything else. So disappointed.

Barely any meat!!! I went to lunch with my 2 coworkers. We all ordered the same sandwich, one of the most popular sandwiches, the turkey and provolone. We could have put all 3 sandwiches together and that would MAYBE be the normal amount of meat for a sandwich. We had so much lettuce and maybe 4 pieces of turkey. We were all very disappointed, especially with the prices going up.

A year later, and I made the mistake of ordering from this location again. I ordered a giant #5(ham, cappacuolo, prosciuttini, and provolone) for $18.95. They gave me a #2 instead(ham, cappacuolo, and provolone). DoorDash redelivered my sandwich, but there was no oil and vinegar on it. It’s really not worth it to order from this location. They’re overpriced and constantly make mistakes. They post pictures that show subs that are piled high, but that is not what you get. Their sandwiches are skimpy. They don’t even apply adequate seasoning. They are pathetic and take no pride in doing their job correctly. Previous review: This was my skimpy $11.20 roast beef and provolone sub. They gave me the dried out end that was riddled with fat. I used to order from here a lot, but this is precisely why I haven’t ordered in 3 months and probably won’t ever order again. I’m sure the person who made this sandwich wouldn’t have used this piece of roast beef if he was making it for himself.

This Jersey Mikes just keeps getting worse and worse. Tonight we finally vowed never to go back again. We had tried to give them another chance because of the charity donation night tonight. Wanted to help out a good cause but it would have been more beneficial to just send a check to a charity and order an actually decent sub from sorrentos or primos. There was about a 1/4 cup of tuna in a “giant” whole sub. They were also extremely rude when we went to pick up our order. We will not be going back.

Wow! Easy location to get to. Super clean store and fast friendly staff who listen and get your order right!
No issues when you make it “your way”.
This Jersey Mikes store is a winner.

These subs cost more than going to wawa but they are delicious… and worth it to treat yourself once in a while. They are much much better than subway. The bread is fresh as are the premium Boars Head coldcuts. There are 3 diff types of bread i think to choose from too! Even the tuna is fresh. There are a variety of toppings to choose from directly with the workers who are very friendly and fast.

On the regular a good location with friendly staff. However they are putting less and less meats and cheeses on your orders .

Wow, what a difference from my usual Jersey Mike’s in Howell. 2nd time, crumbly day old bread and what appears to be a joke with what they put on my $7, quarter of a sandwich (Mini). 1 pickle on each side, 1 ring of onion, 3 banana pepper rings and very little turkey and cheese. Sticking to my usual or going elsewhere. This review will change nothing but had to vent. As I said, 2nd time.
