We ordered 4 pizzas and some other side . 2 pizzas were burnt. I understand that we ordered close to closing time but we were supposed to be credited for two pizzas on the next order. We were credited for $25 and the manager was not listening to our complaints when we tried to order today. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. The service is not what it was .

The service was quick and friendly. The dining room was decorated for Valentine’s Day very cute. The pizza was hot and fresh but extremely greasy I had to soak it up with a napkin. The box was holding so much grease that it left marks on the counter we had to clean off. It lack of flavor, seems like the quality of the food has just gone down hill, this the reason for the 3 stars.

My husband and I came in the restaurant and were immediately greeted by Nate! He was very friendly, took our order, prepared our personal pan pizzas and breadsticks and had them out quickly. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our lunch!

My pizza was so thin that there was barely any stability in each slice and my topping would just slide completely off cheese and all, the actual crust was so thick at the end that I had the tear it apart with my hands to eat any of it and the pizza was honestly worse than a 5$ frozen pizza from Walmart. My breadsticks had no seasoning whatsoever and the whole order seemed like it sat on a rack for 20 minutes before it came my way. I never thought I would have to tear my order apart like it was beef jerky to eat any of it, if I knew it would be like this when I ordered it I would’ve gotten a better pizza from the freezer section at dollar general

We were greeted by the manager as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Advised to pick any place to sit so we sat ourselves. The waiter was almost immediately at our table and took our drink orders … No waiting. Order out drinks and by the time he returned we had both picked out the pizza we wanted. Their prices were cheap enough that we order separate pizzas. We prefer different crusts . In less than 15 minutes we both had Pizza fresh and hot in front of us. It’s been maybe 10 years since I visited a Pizza Hut because there isn’t one on my normal drive home. The smells and atmosphere in this place felt like home… Like I had turned back the clock to a simpler time and relived a special part of my childhood. It won’t be years before I return to this restaurant… More like weeks and I would advise anyone that is looking for a great dining experience and an affordable Pizza to go.
