Place was busy but the employee were keeping up. Food was nice and hot and fresh. Only thing keeps it from a 5 star review was how hot it was in there. Was a good 85 degrees in there. So in between eating I had to keep wiping the sweat from my head.

It was okay. I come here every so often but every time i come the price goes up $10. Last time i came was $32 and that wasn’t that long ago. This time it was $40! For me and my son and my boyfriend to eat. (My son is year old). We were getting ready to leave and i asked for a to go drink cause it’s hot outside and wanted something cold to drink on the ride home. But the waiter told me it was .54¢ PER TO GO DRINK. I DID NOT JUST PAY $40 TO NOT GET A FREE TO GO DRINK. call me crazy or a Karen or whatever but that’s ridiculous. I know it’s just a few cents but damn if I’m gunna pay that much for a buffet my to go drink better be free. Y’all getting enough of my money as is.

Generally the food presentation was below par. Many items needed attention. The fried fish filets were scarce and cold. The fried shrimp was cold and mixed appearance of overcooked and regularly cooked but all were cold. Nothing was ready at all at the grill. Basically I had dessert for dinner. The desserts were generally good. The ice cream machine was broken. Another customer told me that it was broken the last he was here. The staff on the floor seemed to be doing a good job. It just seemed to me that they were not being backed up by the cook staff. Didn’t seem like anyone was overseeing the serving area.

Lunch adults about $13. Kids a little less. Good selection was fresh and awesome! Kudos to the cook. Our server was attentive not outgoing friendly but picked up plates and did wish us a good day at leaving. Would recommend a bigger table for 8 or more we were elbow to elbow.

This is a ok of a restaurant. The food is good. Not much choices on steaks and meats. The building does need to be cleaned a little better. The prices have gone way up. Staff is nice and the manager is friendly.

Not quite the way I remember it back before covid. The waitress was nice only seen twice. Roof was leaking dripping water on my table the whole time I’m eating. Food wasn’t as good as it use to be. Was a waste of money.

It is a great place to take a large family if you are picking up the whole tab and they don’t care about quality. The food was definitely mediocre. I have been to Golden Corrals in California and Texas and I have to say the food at those restaurants was quite a bit better. Being in the South I really expected better. I thought all fried chicken in the South was good. The chicken I had was hard, dry and tasteless. Everything that was fried pretty much was hard, dry and tasteless…maybe a little salty. On a positive note, the salad bar items were very fresh. I won’t be going there again.
