Wonderful dining experience. I enjoyed the Friday fish fry. My fillets were cooked just right. The coleslaw was creamy and delicious. The ocra was tender with a crispy coating. My wife enjoyed the grilled chicken, with baby carrots and coleslaw. Our server was attentive and cheerful. The general store is always a plus.

This was a bit difficult to find off a winding side road. The sign definitely helped me navigate to the parking lot. Plenty of parking on a Tuesday evening. I was seated quickly. The server was attentive and friendly. I ordered country fried steak with mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans. Everything was hot and typical Cracker Barrel food. The biscuit was great. A good experience at this location.

3 stars only because employees are normally pleasant to deal with. The food on the other hand has gone down in quality. Do NOT order the family sized meals. For what you pay you are NOT getting nothing close to the pictures or worth the money. Grilled chicken tenders are thin as paper, must be cutting one in half and selling it as 2. Also if picking up you better stay right there and check everything. Almost every time I order something is missing. Even has the assistant manager bring me my food curbside and when I got home still missing items. Food is sometimes cooked correctly sometimes not. Portions are a joke. Asked for 2 sides of broccoli and literally got 7 pieces. Ordered no bacon as I’m allergic and well got bacon. I ordered from here weekly but now will have to find another place. I would rate 2 stars but again the staff has always been pleasant for the most part.

While driving back from Disney, we decided to stop and try Cracker Barrel for the first time—and it was everything we imagined and more! The cozy, country-style atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for, and the food did not disappoint.
I ordered the Campfire Beef, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful—melt-in-your-mouth good! My son had the Campfire Chicken, and we both cleared our plates with no leftovers in sight. And the biscuits? Absolutely to die for—warm, fluffy, and the perfect complement to the meal.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Cracker Barrel lived up to the hype and gave us a delicious, comforting end to our road trip!

Service was great, but kitchen was out of a lot, was very slow, and got orders wrong even though the server put it in correctly. Kitchen staff didn’t even notify the server that they were out of 2 of our orders until the other meals were ready. Biscuits and appetizer also weren’t ready until after our meal arrived which took a long time despite having multiple empty tables.

Katelyn did a fine job with being our waitress. The meatloaf meal is always a hit for me. And my son loved his mini cheeseburgers and steak fries. The gift store was beautiful. All the trees were setup very nice. It definitely puts you in the holiday spirit.

I recently ordered takeout from Cracker Barrel in Santee, South Carolina, while traveling, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience—just as it was when I dined here a few years ago.
I placed an order for two dinners, and the delivery driver had to wait over 30 minutes for the food to be prepared. Despite the delay, the meals arrived cold and unappetizing. The meatloaf platter was at least somewhat presentable, but the strawberry bread pudding French toast was incredibly underwhelming. It consisted of a single strawberry cut in half, with small containers of melted whipped cream and syrup. I had requested sausage, but instead, I received dried-out bacon.
This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience at this location, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. On my previous visit, I also had issues with food quality and reported it to Cracker Barrel, but since I didn’t have a physical receipt (only a digital one), my complaint was dismissed.
If you’re considering dining at this location, I’d advise caution. Based on my experiences, food quality and service seem to be consistent issues

The food was horrible ! The food was cold ! Greece was pouring out the chicken! Having been to Cracker Barrel in a long time! I don’t think I will be back!! This is the worst food I ever had!! Mom got another kind of chicken that had mashed potatoes and was cold! Dad hamburgers steak had hardly no gray and cold!!
