I had a straightforward order. My breadsticks weren’t cut into 10 pieces; they were just split in two. They also seemed overcooked and dry.
Additionally, my apple pies were supposed to be 6 pieces. However, one piece was just crust; the apple filling was nowhere to be found, and it was squished.
I chose this location for convenience, but I will choose a different one next time.

We ordered a pizza at 6:12 and it said that it was going to be ready at 6:37.. My wife didn’t leave the location until 7:34 with the pizza. AND LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF WHAT WE GOT.. Absolutely ridiculous. Called to get a refund and nobody would answer.. I will be stopping by the store for our money back.
Update: I went back calmly to the store the next day and explained what had happened — they gave me a full refund on the order.

Terrance is such a great guy. Every time i go in there when he’s on shift he is very positive and customer friendly. Food always comes out great not sure why the negative reviews been here multiple times never gotten a bad order.

Ordered online… received a text saying my order was being delivered by doordash, which I hate. Someone decided to eat a portion of my pizza. They tapped the bag with the already sealed drinks, but not the pizza boxes! I paid an extra $14 to have my food fondled… I’ll stick with Jets Pizza

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Pizza Hut. While waiting for my food, I noticed employees handling food without wearing gloves, which immediately raised concerns. When I asked about it, I was told they “don’t have to wear gloves,” which didn’t make me feel any better about food safety.
What bothered me the most was seeing chicken fall onto the floor and then appear to be put back into the fryer/grease instead of being thrown away. That was shocking and completely unacceptable to witness as a customer.

I come to this specific pizza Hut because I got tired of the location by my house always ruining the order. And the Dorchester Rd location is always worth the trip, until tonight. I don’t know what happened, but everything we ordered was well over cooked. I realize it was close to the time you guys close, but you had to have seen this food before we got it… It wasnt just a little over cooked, it was borderline burnt. It was the first time this has happened at this location, but I can’t imagine it should ever happen.

Absolutely disgusted with our delivery. Wing sauce was running down and inside the smashed pizza boxes. Everything was covered in buffalo sauce. The pizza was cold, and the driver didn’t say a word when I grabbed the food covered in sauce. Every box was smashed.

It was hard to believe this way a new store. Not enough staff. Not only was my order wrong but my pizza was also dried out crust and burnt. Pizza Hut use to be so good. You will be better off spending your money at little Caesar.

STAY AWAY! My pizza was marked as “ready” online so I grabbed my keys and went to pick it up only to sit and wait for almost 30 more minutes. Even the TV screen Said “READY”. I Got home and I could count on my hand the amount of sausages that were on the pizza. Breadsticks were chewy and cold. $25 for a large pizza. Never again

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. How hard is it to send out a pepperoni pizza correctly. Then they do t answer the phone when the call center transfer you to the store to talk to a manager. Nor do they call back like the call center agent said they would after my ticket was submitted. Why is there even a call center. When customers have issues we want to speak directly to the employees who made the food, not some foreigner that’s not even in the same city. I will be bringing this shitty pizza back in person since y’all can’t run your business properly.
