This place has decent Indian food. We had the street style chicken noodles, street style chicken fried rice, bullet naans with butter chicken, and curry leaf chicken.
The street style noodles were tasty, the fried rice was okay, and the bullet naans were really nice in taste. The butter chicken was quite bland, and the quantity was very little, so we had to adjust with smaller portions, which was a bit disappointing. The curry leaf chicken was good as an appetiser.
Overall, most dishes felt a bit salty, which the restaurant could easily improve.
But the overall experience was still good.

Mouth full of flavors and such a perfect fine dine experience! Absolutely loved the ambience. Started with Coriander Lemon Chicken Soup super refreshing. The Dynamite Shrimp was the star of the show super tasty, Lollipop & Corn Chat pata yummy perfectly crispy. Mutton fry Biryani, filled with aroma and bursting with flavor. Gulab Jamun and Mango Lassi, the perfect sweet finish. Every dish was delicious totally worth it!

We went to The Monks on Saturday night for dinner it was absolute waste of money & Time.
We ordered Paneer Manchurian & Chicken Bedagi Tikka for starters both the paneer & chicken were so tough, dry & rubbery .. it definitely was stale! For main course we ordered Paneer Kadai which was again paneer was hard & tough.. Butter Chicken was super average. The only good thing was their garlic naan. And they seriously need to hire people to take orders just one girl taking orders & giving out food. Had to wait for 20mins just to pay for the worst food!!

I tried the Donne Biryani, fried rice, noodles, and soup – and every single dish was absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced. Absolutely loved my experience at The Monks in Aubrey! Staff was incredibly welcoming and really elevates the whole dining experience. The food was outstanding—the corn chatpata, chicken chicken 65, veg kheema biryani were all packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Especially the chicken momos were the best I ever had. The ambiance is warm, the service is quick, and the dishes taste truly authentic. If you ever want to experience good Chinese and Indian food this is the go to place I would suggest the quality they have is of highest standards with flavorful food and great options.

we absolutely love this place! The ambiance is truly amazing, creating a wonderful atmosphere for a meal out. Beyond the great setting, the food is fantastic. You absolutely must try the Monk’s Fries – they’re delicious! The Manchurian Fried Rice and Dynamite Chicken are also standouts, full of flavor and perfectly cooked.

If you’re looking a great food and great value, this is the place. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge portions, which means you definitely get your money’s worth. The real star of the menu is the Biryani selection. I had the vijayavada biryani ans street style fried rice .it was perfectly spiced and so aromatic. A true must-try! Highly recommend for a satisfying meal.

Finally — a spot on 380 where I can actually enjoy a dining experience! The serving sizes are huge, the food is good, and everything came out fast. Service was solid, too.
Prices were surprisingly reasonable — we ate all that food for under $70. A win!
Only thing keeping it from a full 5 stars is that they’ve got a beautiful bar just sitting there looking cute… but no bartender yet.
But honestly, I’m not holding it against them — they just opened. Once that bar is up and running, it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

This is the most modern-chic Indian restaurant I’ve been to. My husband and I absolutely loved it. They have done a wonderful job transforming the space. Our server was so nice, the utensils and water carafe were gold color. Nice dishware. For appetizers, we had the fried baby corn. The flavors were wonderful. I felt they were fried a little too long bc they had a very hard exterior. The Saamosas were huge and very good. I would’ve liked a sauce to be served with them. Fur entrees we had the Street Style Noodles with chicken. Wow!!!! So delicious! The heat level was perfect. My husband ordered Goat Briyani and it was also great!
We will be returning to dine in again. So glad this has been brought to our neighborhood!
