Looks like I was denied my initial review yesterday evening when going through the delivery service so let’s try this. I placed a promo order “build your own, buy one get one free”in the evening at the Marcos Pizza located at.401 E Stan Schlueter Loop location in Killeen Texas, 76543. I am an elderly pizza lover and this was hands down the very worst pizza I have ever seen. I ordered extra large pepperoni pizzas x 2 and after gratuity to driver and tax was near $50 total cost. Throughout the pizzas, were splotchy areas void of sauce, toppings or cheese (see photos) It appeared as though these areas were smeared in multiple areas of the top of the pizzas. The dough was burnt on the bottom but with areas of the pizza having a gooey uncooked dough. Best description, AWFUL! It was almost as if someone worked hard to make the pizzas in this form. First thing that came to mind was when I had a previous complaint with the manager of this location and she was rude when I ordered pepperoni but received cheese only. I never even complained online, hence while I am here having to use my time to let everyone know how bad this was!! Marcos Pizza is my favorite pizza, and has been for years. I never had the first problem one while living closer to the Austin area and enjoying the Round Rock location for many, many years!

My recent visit to Marco’s Pizza was below expectations. While the service was adequate, the overall flavor of the pizza was lacking and could benefit from a more balanced seasoning. The chicken wings were somewhat dry and did not feel worth the price. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration for improvement.

I ordered a pizza with light sauce, but the pizza that was delivered was soggy and had way too much sauce. When I called, the general manager claimed they made the pizza themselves, so it “couldn’t” be wrong, and refused to send out a new one. They only offered a 30% refund, even though I didn’t eat the pizza. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the general manager argued with me over the phone and was very unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

Pizzas are so small not worth the value even when they are on sale or having deals. I would not waste any time ordering pizza from MARCOS pizza unless you are a single individual eating. The picture below is a medium pizza for 13.00 the size of my hand.

I ordered 2 pizzas an hour ahead of time and they only cooked one. I was in a hurry and they had me waiting causing me to be late to my event. I’ve ordered 3 times from them already and every time they seem to disappoint me. I honestly wish this location would close down so they can open up a Pizza Hut instead. Anything is better than Marco’s

Really, I give it a zero. Our company ordered about 10 pizzas Saturday April 1st. The pizzas that was delivered didn’t have hardly any toppings on them and they wasn’t all the way cooked. I told the GM and she said I shouldn’t have ordered when she wasn’t there smh. Terrible customer service terrible business period

We have been ordering pizza from this place. Been ordering the same toppings(personalise). Previous orders were good, but for somehow the pizza we ordered today is soaking wet with garlic sauce. We spent $42. Pizza and the box are both soaking wet. It’s like someone pour a 1 galloon of garlic sauce/oil on it. Called the store and spoke to their manager “A” very unprofessional, she sounded like she didn’t care. Non responsive and didn’t even take my number. Have a poor attitude and very unprofessional. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This whole order and customer service is unacceptable….except for the pepsi! Eating this pizza is like halloween!

The pizza was very greasy. As soon as you pick the pizza up, it falls apart. The crust is also very thin. Maybe from the pizza being so greasy, it was just soggy and a mess.
