Came here for a quick lunch and run.. long wait for the food but it wasn’t much impressive and for the wait . The miso soup was pretty salty and unbearable . The beef bulgogi wasn’t well marinated and flavorful . Hope they improve on these matters in the near future.

This restaurant is located in H Mart Carrollton and it caught my eye. I realized after I ordered that there were some Korean dishes that I should have gotten rather than the typical ramen. In a way, I wish I had grabbed the chicken bulgogi or chicken galbi (spicy stir-fried chicken). Anyways, prior to ordering I asked a few questions about the ramen, waiting time, and ordered a Chicken Shoyu Ramen.
For ordering the ramen as takeout, it was decent. I was also provided some pickled radish and kimchi. I liked the pickled radish, but I was not a fan of the kimchi. The kimchi had a fishy taste. I received half an egg in the broth, and there were several pieces of chicken present. The broth seemed very oily too. Maybe it’s because of takeout, but the quality of broth seemed low compared to the price I paid. I wasn’t really full after I ate the ramen.
If I decide to go back, I’ll try the chicken galbi or bulgogi as previously stated.

So I wanted to go to Ajumma across the street to order their Pork Katsu. It was closed on New Year and so I decided to check out the food court in Hmart. So I did a take out order from Gianna’s Bento Express (name Nolbu Bento Express). I order their pork katsu. Well was I disappointed, see the picture. Does that look like Pork Katsu to you? I took one bite and thought I would get very sick from it. It looked like few days left over batter fried pork with I assume fried eggs or the trimmings of the pork that the cooks should had discarded. I did not even bother to eat the rice and their side of soup. I would never go back and to the owner and staff there- I am very disappointed. You should do better than that.

A good place to have a quick bite or quick lunch inside a grocery store. You get a pretty decent portion for the price and its so worth it. Most of their items are under $15. I got the beef over rice (the one in the bowl) and a beef bulgogi bento box. For about $13 these came with the sides and the soup. Yum!!

Terrible experience, food came with cockroaches , you can see it on the outside of the plate, when i report it to the guy he offered to just move the soup to another bowl, but the bugs were inside the food… how you would just pour it into another bowl and act like its normal?

That was so bad tonkotsu ramen. And it took so long to get the ramen. The server may not care about customers. I know there is a small restaurant. But the tonkotsu super super bad. I couldn’t finish it. Who knows what’s kind of tonkotsu bellow

My family and I have been coming to hmart to eat and shop for nearly a decade. In fact, I worked at escape for the Kim’s years ago. I have eaten at every restaurant and bento express is normally one we pick and eat from but not this time around. My husband asked this person for a plastic fork for my toddler, I repeat one plastic fork that probably cost them less than 3 cents. He told my husband he could get the fork from where we bought from. Not only am I not coming here again but I will make it known what a despicable person works for this bento place. Just know that when you are working and have people in front of you, you can put your phone down and help them and SMILE.
