I love this Dunkin ESPECIALLY the afternoon crew. Mainly the 2 young ladies in the afternoon on the weekends. Always so nice and patient. Never once had a problem with them of having attitude. I really liked how they always try to help me pick out new drink to try even giving me a small sample. However the guys are kinda slow but nothing the girls can’t handle. 10/10 would recommend ☕️

I’ve been going to this Dunkin location for a couple years now and the food is great! My only complaint is the nasty rude employee (the one with dark hair and glasses, I’m not sure what her name is) who acts like this isn’t literally her job. I get it, working minimum wage is not fun but that’s not a reason to make it everybody else’s problem. Every time I pull up to the drive thru window she has this big obnoxious attitude. The first time she took my order when she started working here I was like damn, okay she must be having a bad day, that’s fine we all have our days once in a while! But I quickly learned this was going to be a consistent behavior. I’ve since started doing only mobile orders to avoid having to interact with her anymore than I already do. Like god forbid I order FOOD from Dunkin how dare I?? Anyway the management really gotta let her go. Normally I’m not one to be petty and leave reviews complaining about small things but this is truly an issue. I’m sure other customers have experienced the same thing at this location and it’s not very pleasant.

To my local Dunkin and a daily runs, The manager Josie and others are just great. They always friendly and makes sure the coffee is the way I like it.
Morning staff is great but after 3pm, they slack. The ladies are a bit rude and seems like they don’t want to be there. But if you see Josie in the drive thur, you know your getting good stuff

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I feel really disrespected at the moment. My wife and I waited in line for 20 minutes to get our food. We were in a rush, but we needed to eat, so we decided to wait. When she finally got to work and opened her bag, this is what she found: she had ordered a bacon and cheese croissant, but the croissant was burnt, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and instead of regular bacon, she received what looked like crumbled leftovers.
If it weren’t for time constraints, we would have gone back immediately to demand a refund. The service workers were polite, but if you didn’t have enough bacon, a simple heads-up would have allowed us to order something else instead.

I order two coffees with skim milk, and when it came to my house, I discovered that the milk was sour HORRIBLE TASTE!! . I tried to reach several times to get my money back, but nobody answered the phone. I’m disputing the charge. Terrible. I try even to use the app to scan my rewards and they didn’t know how to do it!

I know this Dunkin can be really busy and hectic, but I really do love the staff. The young ladies are very kind to me when I see them in the morning. ☺️ The coffee is always delicious too. I also love ordering Dunkin through DoorDash and the food always comes delicious and fresh. ❤️

Don’t go to this Dunkin. The cases with donuts were almost empty when we walked in there at 1:00 on Saturday 11/1/25. The young lady cleaning the floor said to ask the woman behind the counter. She said they were in the back. The woman behind the counter started arguing and NOT IN ENGLISH. She was determined not to get th a jelly donuts. She was very RUDE. We walked out without buying anything. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPEAK IN ENGLISH!!!

I came inside when nobody else was in and they still screwed it up. Ordered a muffin and 2 croissants, 1 with butter, 1 with cream cheese. The cashier gave me the muffin in a bag and said have a good day. I told them they forgot the croissants so they made them and pretty much took a clump and threw it on.

I get the same thing everytime and it was absolutely disgusting here. I drove through to ask them to remake it and the manager was so rude. Wouldn’t even listen to me. I never complain. I never write reviews. Horrible service.
