Ordered around 8ish this morning for some tim bits and a bagel with butter. I felt rushed by them, didn’t even have the opportunity to check they imputed the order right before driving up/ off. They ended up giving me a breakfast sandwich this morning and did not provide a receipt so I cant even get a refund. Tried to call the location but the number provided voicemail is not set up/not accepting messages.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive a receipt with my order but came in this morning around 9:50 we went through the drive thru and ordered a variety 40 pack of timbits and to our surprise once we got going we only had 2 chocolate, about 4 birthday and the rest were blueberry which we don’t mind but definitely had some upset kids maybe it was my fault im not to sure if I’m supposed to specify but I’ve never had to before when ordering the 40 pack . Hopefully it was just a unfortunate mistake. We were in the area for my sons appointment.

Me and my two friends went to tim hortons in the morning to get some food and it was crazy. We got there around 10:05 and ended up not getting our food until around 10:30. The workers looked confused and not trained. They where also using loud foul language in the kitchen while children where present. I usually have a good experience at tim hortons but not this time…

This was the worse breakfast sandwich I ever had. When I drove up to the drive through the lady seemed liked she hated her job. She wasn’t very pleasant and welcoming. My sandwich was cold and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a bag. My cheese on the sandwich wasn’t even melted. I realized my sandwich was like this after leaving.Oh and she almost forgot to give me my card back. Thanks to her co worker who saw it and gave it to me. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be back!

I had a great experience here today. The drive-thru team member and the manager were both incredibly helpful and kind.
I’ve been running on little sleep and it’s been a rough week, but they were patient with me even when I couldn’t decide right away. That small kindness really made a difference.

Coffee was way over sweetened as I asked for only one pump of vanilla and it took quite awhile to get a simple coffee + donut order taken and completed. Alot of staff talking to each other and seems pretty disorganized. Worse yet, the front door seemed to have some kind of marketing ad on the front with lines of “do not enter” tape images plastered all over it so from the parking lot it looked like the sitting area was closed. Would not recommend.

Order was missing an item, even though we were inside and it wasn’t busy. They were friendly though. Both bathrooms were out of TP and the girls bathroom door does NOT lock. Beware.

The two ladies working were so kind, friendly, and professional! The iced coffee was made perfectly, the toasted bagel had just the right amount of cream cheese, and the TimBits were super fresh & yummy. We literally turned around after passing the store on our way to a different coffee shop because of our LOVE for Tim Horton’s.
Fingers crossed we get some in the Indianapolis area soon…

One time I was here some months ago and the place was dirty in appearance and the help was even worse in appearance. Today the store interior is neat as a pin and the help is industrious, friendly and makes an attractive appearance. Coffee is fresh and hot … like I’m used to at Tim Horton’s … the best coffee ever!
