I recently visited the Sugar Factory expecting a fun experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be a complete disaster. From the moment I arrived, the service and accommodations were disappointing. I was made to wait to be seated because my entire party had not arrived yet, even though there was space available. Instead of being understanding or flexible, the staff gave me a hard time and were not accommodating at all.
To make matters worse, the women’s bathroom was extremely nasty and had a horrible smell. For a place that charges the prices they do, cleanliness should definitely be a priority, and this was very disappointing to see.
The food itself was very basic and definitely not worth the high prices. The experience felt more like paying for the name rather than the quality of the food or service.
The only bright spot during the visit was Donnevan. He was the one person who actually made the experience a little better with his attitude and customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and professional, and honestly he deserves a raise. Based on the way he handled things, he should be the manager. Also had to put my own sauce on the food
Overall, the experience did not live up to the hype, and I left feeling very disappointed.

Less than stellar experience to say the least. Went here for my nieces 16th birthday party and was not a very positive experience. We were there with maybe 3 other tables it was an absolute ghost town and it took over an hour and a half for our order to come out. Our waiter would have forgotten my wife and my drink if I did not mention something too him, and when he brought it, it looked nothing like as it was pictured. The food was mid and best and far over priced this place is definitely more focused on the visual and not the quality. When it was time to checkout I think that was the most we saw out waiter who was then intentive and dancing. Just an FYI they charge a 20% gratuity to your bill. Our waiter lied to my mother in law when she was chasing out claiming they did not. When I cashed out her proceeded to tell me if I wanted to leave an additional tip he preffered cash over a tip on the credit card. I believe his name was Devon- you really need to do better in the service industry sir. Overall an underwhelming experience and now see why this restaurant was near empty on a Saturday during lunch. Wouldnt waste my time and money here folks.

Went there, trying to ignore the terrible reviews and with our experience, I would have to agree- this place is awful! . Service was super slow, only two wait staff. Ordered one of each: sliders meal. Was charged for pink princess sliders but was told they ran out so settled for two rainbow because each kid wanted the toy duck that came with meals. Just to find out after meal came out that they “just ran out” of the ducks. sounds like many other reviews said the same! Sliders tasted disgusting- the kids didn’t eat it. We brought it home so I can do a full review. Look at the meat, it is white compared to the Hot Cheetos burger. The salmon dish was just okay. The milkshakes were the best part of the meal. We regret eating here and told our server we will not be coming back to which he explained that most other night they are usually packed- I don’t believe that for a moment. We should have went to the Brazilian Steakhouse instead and spent $258 dollars there. There you go so you don’t end up wasting your money and time. Also, while my husband was using the urinal, a staff was literally FaceTiming someone while peeing next to him- speaking an African native language. How inappropriate to FaceTime in the bathroom! yup- that was the atmosphere, ladies and gentlemen. Also I saw another table send back what appears to be a steak order. Should have know then to just walk out. I forgot, the Mac n cheese was cold and the wings were cold. Only got hot fries and Salmon was warm, all
Burgers were cold. Have a wonderful Sugar factory! Bye!

The steak was over cooked I sent mine back but my husband ate his “Jerky” . I felt like the meat was low quality. The service was decent our server was overworked. All of the food came out nice and hot even the ceaser salad. The ceaser dressing is amazing even warm. My salad had clearly been sitting under the warmer with the rest of the food. The re-cook of my steak came out medium but the meat was still very dry and not seasoned well. This place is famous for their amazing shakes and drinks. If you are going for the shakes and drinks you will NOT be disappointed.

The staff was wonderful, and the atmosphere was fun but everything else was a thumbs down! First: it’s dirty-like a layer of grime on the bathroom doors dirty. Second: the candy store was basically empty! How? Third: the food was just okay but at a premium price. Obviously you come for the kitschy vibes-giant drinks, colorful food and over the top desserts so I wasn’t expecting Michelin star food but it was pretty inedible. The sliders and giant pretzel were yummy though and my kids enjoyed the Ocean Blue Goblet Mocktail. All in all my kids had a great time but for $250 I’ll go somewhere else next time I want to treat them. I think management needs to revisit their operations at this location ASAP.

Came here for lunch. They only had 1 waiter and he was running all over taking care of 3 tables (one of which was a large party), bringing out all food/drink orders, plus greeting and seating guests at the door by himself. I ordered a grilled cheese with ham and a side of tomato soup. The sandwich was delicious but the tomato soup was nasty imo… I honestly would have rather had Campbell’s Then it ordered a specialty shake and the cake pops & donut on top where all hard/stale Super disappointing for a $25 milkshake.. smh

11/2/2024 – Booked a reservation for my daughter’s 17th birthday, party of 12. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and the atmosphere was lively and fun. My daughter was blindfolded for the surprise, and the staff helped make it perfect—she was completely shocked in the best way.
The food was excellent, and her drink was amazing—she loved it. The staff came out to sing Happy Birthday and brought a beautiful cake with sparklers. It made her feel so special, and the whole moment was unforgettable.
Thank you, Sugar Factory, for making this birthday a night to remember. We will definitely be back!

We were at Sugar Factory to celebrate a family birthday, and made sure to make a reservation. From the minute we walked in, the staff was indifferent. Despite the fact that a large portion of the dining room was wide open, we were seated at a table where the sun shone directly into our faces for the first 30 minutes.
Speaking of 30 minutes, that’s also the amount of time that we sat and waited for someone – anyone – to take our drink order. Another 20 minutes til we were able to place our appetizer order, which ended up coming out in a reasonable time (thankfully). Another 20 minutes to place our food order…and then an hour later we were still waiting on food for half of our party, and another 25 minutes til we got the rest of the food.
Staffing issues happen, and I understand the frustration isn’t limited to the customer when it does; however, outside of one person, no one seemed to care. We also talked to several other customers at the time, and all were having the same issues.
The food was OK; we didn’t stick around to try our hand at desserts. The whole facility felt dingy despite the colorful decor. The candy section was empty, and the fun and exciting experience they made sure to flash on the screen with celebrities was nowhere to be found. The distance between the marketing efforts and reality was vast.
I had really high hopes for this experience based on recommendations from other people, and it fell more than short. A very overpriced disappointment.
