THESE OVERPAID “WORKERS” ARE IN NEED OF MORE EDUCATION AND MANNERS. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER AND THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED AND SENT BACK TO MIDDLE SCHOOL IF THAT. ORDERED A 5 PIECE CHICKEN TENDERS MEAL AND WHAT THEY SERVED ME WAS 9 SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN THAT LOOKED MORE LIKE SHRIMP. THEN CASHIER AND COOK WERE RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE. Has an AI ordering system, so only one worker. Burger and fries and a water was almost $17. How is that?! Burger came out cold, cheese wasn’t even almost melted. Not a great experience at all.

Good burger. The fries and the burger were both a little bit greasy, but what do you expect from fast food. I think $14 is a little pricey for a double cheeseburger, medium fries, and a medium drink. I guess that’s just the cost of things these days.

Went in today 11/28/23@12:30pm, order food for my employer asked for special order of fries to be fresh. This was a take out order, I didn’t check my order before leaving wish I did. Got to the office the fries where old and cold the box with grease absorption and sticker “special” nothing about my French fries where fresh or special ordered. It looks like they just refried them. Disappointment.

Carl’s Junior is very adequate. Nothing special, but definitely hits the spot when you’re in the mood for it.
The amount of shredded lettuce and the size of the tomatoes is consistently disappointing, but the flavor of their double cheeseburgers is generally pretty satisfying.

Just a solid Carl’s Jr experience. The food is exactly what you would expect at a carls Jr. Restaurant. Service is good. The place is clean. There’s good parking. The drive-thru line can sometimes have a few cars, but it moves pretty fast.

Cashier was super helpful and my burger was tasty and not disappointing, they got me fresh onion rings, and were super friendly too. Of the different Carl’s I’ve been too, this was the best.

Be aware, this Carls Jr Store #1102264 on 16614 Dove Canyon Rd. adds and charges about 3.5% service fee to your food bill and manager in site did not provide a good reason/explanation for it only stated it was to offset the company’s and owner’s costs and it was a mandatory imposed fee. I think the store’s policy should be not to pass the cost to their customers and/or at least post a sign for paying customers next to the cash resisters indicating that a service fee is mandatory and will be assessed. I do not agree with this fee and refuse to pay this fee in the future therefore I will never visit this Carls Jr again.
