I ordered, paid at 1:24. It’s 1:42 only part of the order is ready. At 1:44 sandwich became ready. Had to go back for chips.
Luckily, I’m not on the clock or in a hurry. Totally turned me off what is usually pleasant. The meal-ready buzzer doesn’t work for all patrons, food just sitting in window.
Mind you, it’s not super busy.
I’m positive you all can do better. Maybe today was an off day.
I ordered, PAID for, then WAITED for a simple Sausage, Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich at the Drive-thru. Then, I pulled over in the Parking Lot to check the Order b4 leaving (learned from past experiences) and the sandwich had NOT THE SLIGHTEST HINT OF SAUSAGE ON IT!! Spent another 10 min going back thru the Drive-thru to get the sandwich REDONE, and then having to park in one of those ‘We Wasted Your Time’ parking spaces b4 they walk the item out to the car! I plan to travel to aNUTHA (ABQ NM) Panera Bread Co. location next time. Can’t honestly say I’d recommend the Drive-thru at THIS location at Coors & St. Joseph’s (NW ABQ NM) to friends and family. Too unpredictable..
Saturday 24Apr2021. Drive thru visit today. Only TWO cars ahead of me, but it took about TEN minutes to get to the Pickup Window! Staffer at cash register was very polite and courteous. Didn’t notice there were no napkins in the bag until I pulled off.
My ‘Bacon, Egg & Cheese’ breakfast sandwich looked hastily made, but tasted fine..once I added some of MY OWN honey mustard sauce on it!
The Drive Thru Lane at this location can get congested rather quickly bcuz the ‘design’ of the parking lot doesn’t seem very well thought-out.
One-way-in! SAME-way-out! Cars in the Drive Thru Lane often BLOCK those cars trying to EXIT the Panera Bread Co. parking lot, not to mention the backup of traffic that’s sometimes caused on the access street (to the restaurant’s lot) during busier periods! I wonder if the Staff inside the restaurant has the advantage of a surveillance camera outside, directed at this ‘potential’ for a collision in their parking lot..??
For whatever the reason, the Drive Thru Lane (during certain times), doesn’t move fast enough to help prevent Parking Lot CONGESTION at this restaurant. Management should pay particular attention to this concern!
Sunday 07Feb2021. Ordered a (Drive-thru) Cinnamon Swirl bagel to be toasted EXTRA CRUNCHY (New York style) and GOT IT!!
When I added some of their Reduced Fat Honey Walnut Cream Cheese Spread to that crispy Cinnamon Swirl bagel, I was ‘King of the Bagel World’!
Deelicioso!
Here’s Five Stars to THIS crew at Panera Bread (Coors Blvd NW & St. Joseph’s Dr. NW) for getting it RIGHT!

Ordered a whole green goddess cobb salad (paid $12.99 for the salad in the picture). Received what looked like a side salad with no eggs.
The green goddess caprese sandwich was good though. The staff at the window seemed friendly.
