In a lovely bright and welcoming environment, the portions are huge, and the flavor is wonderful! I had the Three amigos shrimp dish, my son had the steak tips, which were both cooked to perfection, nicely spiced. The prices are quite reasonable, too.

I was a bit disappointed. I got the Portuguese steak sandwich. The steak was quite dry and kinda bland. It would have been better if they had put some of the steak sauce in a little dip cup or something. The fries seemed to not be cooked lonh enough they were kinda hard, and they weren’t hot when they came out. The service was good and the place itself was really nice.

The atmosphere is rustic, quiet and clean. The service is friendly, professional and quick. We started with Portuguese rolls that were fresh and very soft. I ordered steak tips and my wife ordered Portuguese fish. My cauliflower and broccoli were perfectly cooked as were my steak tips. The vegetables were crisp and tasty, not overcooked. The fish was excellent and my wife said, “I am glad we came here.” My steak tips were tender and covered with onions, red peppers and a very tasty sauce. The portions are huge and the prices very reasonable. Our waitress, Sabrina was great. I am a chow hound but I had no room for dessert. Definitely worth coming back!!

Was in an unfamiliar town, and didn’t know what to chose to eat. I have a 8 month old who’s blw, so options are limited. None the less I went out with my 3 kids. 10, 3, and 8 months and we tried something new. When we walked in, the place immediately looks like someone took the time to nicely design a warm and comforting atmosphere. From lighting to color shcemes it was very grounding. As you walk in they have a longer entry with some benches. There was a few minutes wait as a few large groups arrived before us but my kids didn’t mind sitting on the benches while we waited. Service was prompt and friendly. Multiple waitresses through out seating and serving and cleaning up some spilt water all in all service made this place top notch in my mind. On to the food because of coarse that’s why anyone reads a good review in the first place right.. ?! We all tried to get sandwiches cost friendly and easy options. So I got the churizo which upon first bite was delicious but also small and unfilled. For a large Hoagy style sandwich roll it was thin but again still very good just noting how misleading it kind of was. My other orders where pulled pork and grilled chicken for the kids. I thought the chicken itself was really good not dry, or to plain. Had a good seasoning to it. Nothing over powering for the kids but enough.
The pulled pork I’d say was the best over all dish we had. It had the most flavor and juiciness to it. By far the most put together sandwich of the group, lots of filling, soft, melty even. Just so good. Definitely something I would recommend to anyone who has not tried in before.
As for all the other dishes. They were good, but there could have been mild if not slight modifications to really send this place over the top. They have a great menu list. I may even have to make a trip back to the area some day and try a few other options next time. I’m sure I’d be content at the very least. Thank you for a wonderful meal but an even more enjoyable service your staff is wonderful !!!
