After a long gap, stopped here for some snacks and tea but i regret now. Snacks are nothing but oil, we can literally take glass of oil from one punugulu order..and there is no flour inside. Price is not cheap but the quality is..Not good for kids..this place is always crowded, sounds like this location need another decent curry point.

We had the pleasure of working with this catering team for all 5 days of our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. They were extremely accommodating with everything from food preferences and guest counts to menu changes and handled it all as if they were cooking for their own family.

The food was always delivered on time even though the venue was nearly an hour away, which speaks volumes about their commitment and planning. Most importantly, the food tasted homely, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every single guest enjoyed it thoroughly and gave us wonderful feedback.

A special thanks to Anji garu and the entire team for patiently listening to all our requests, noting every detail, and executing everything perfectly. The presentation was also excellent and added a great touch to the overall experience.

We would definitely recommend them for any event without hesitation.

I recently dined at Sai Gayatri Curry Point and ordered the Gongura Pappu, Avakaya Paneer Biryani, and Punugulu. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The Avakaya Paneer Biryani featured hard paneer combined with overly pickled rice, lacking any authentic biryani flavor. It felt like a waste of both time and money. Additionally, despite the restaurant not being crowded, the wait times were unexpectedly long. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the dining experience.

We blindly order bonda and veg catering from here every Pooja, but this time we found foil inside the bonda. Attempted calling multiple times to report it, but no response. This is a serious safety issue.

I used to order a lot of curries and biryanis from here around an year ago. We were fans of their chicken and jackfruit biryanis.

Today I ordered soya chunk biryani, chicken biryani and bobbatlu. but I have to say they are no way near to their food before. The biryani is not biryani. It is just some flavored rice (lesser flavor than pulav or bhagara rice) and literally added 3 small chicken pieces(which are badly made curry kind of feel) and packed as biryani. The rice and chicken both are bad. The exact same rice is added with some deep fried oil dripping soya chunk pieces and gave as soya chunk biryani. The rice is very bad that we are really disappointed the bobbatlu are also not authentic, they were ok, pricy at $5 for 4 pieces.
I believe that definitely the chef was changed and biryanis were made by not an experienced. Overall disappointed.

Service was good. Snacks were somewhat ok. But, 4 out of 5 food items we purchased were extremely spicy. If its for small kids, think twice.

I was disappointed to find that the laddus developed fungus just two days after purchase, so I can only give them a 1-star rating. That said, the chakodis were fresh and very tasty, which I would rate at 4 stars. Overall, I would rate my experience between 2.5 and 3 stars.

Super busy on weekends I think, no dine in, only carry out almost like hole in wall atmosphere. Boneless chicken fry is ultimately tasty. Most of the veg curries and Fry’s are sold out. They have variety of podies and chutneys.
Shrimp pickle is superb. They know what they are doing folks.

Worst experience.. worst maintenance. Lot of rice with the okra curry that I have ordered. Disaster response when I tried reaching them.

We have been ordering form this place for more than 3 years. But, this has gone downhill lately. The service is bad. I have ordered online and payed for the order, but when we go to pick the order, they say that the item is not available. This happened 2 different times with us. They do not even call and inform about the item not being available. Today they claim that they called a couple of times, but I do not have any calls. Also, the taste has gone downhill. The phool makhana curry used be one of our favorites, but the curry these days is extremely watery.
