I ordered food from the drive through on 4/14/25. When I received my food, I noticed a few items completely missing and a few items I didn’t even ask for, which normally I just deal with. After eating what I was given, as I was putting on hot sauce on a taco I happened to spot a DEAD CATERPILLAR in the taco. I called the restaurant and Chris the manager laughed and assured me it wasn’t a caterpillar so I told him I would come back in and show him. I went back in and showed him and Chris still continued to smirk and did not address my concerns at all, and refused to even provide me a refund. I asked for corporate number and if there was any way I could speak to someone higher than him and he would not help. Usually wouldn’t write a review like this but the lack of concern to address the issue and the fact that Chris still acted as if I didn’t have a DEAD BUG in my food after I showed him forced my hand

I ordered thru the app and the service was slow with me waiting extra three to five minutes afters I arrived. The store bathroom was clean and the dinning area. The employees was friendly and helpful. Overall this location was not busy, a lot of parking available and next to grocery store with other businesses.

Staff was young immature and rude!… All of my food was intentionally smashed and shook up…. They put a hole in the bottom of the bag, so when I got out of the car, all my food fell out. The kid working at the window asked me not to come back, all bcuz I told him he had forgotten my drinks. Then he closed the drive thru window and refused to return and open it to see what we needed. They didn’t give us forks, sauce, napkins, straws, or my RECEIPT! $25+ bucks, down the drain! We honked the horn a few times and waited at least 7/10 minutes for someone to come back to the window. Several staff walked past and just looked at us laughing about it!! I was so appalled at the service I received in my hometown… The city of Rochester…. This taco Bell should be ashamed having employees like this working for them! Check out the photos of my food below!! This is no joke… this is what they gave me!! Horrible service, food & experience!
***Update… I live less than a mile from this Taco Bell, but I’d rather drive 3 miles up the road than go to this restaurant ever again!

They consistently get my order wrong. Every single time I go here there is something wrong with my order. Today the employee tried to manipulate me into thinking it was my fault for ordering wrong and that the AI messed up even though I showed her my receipt that had the correct order…. So it was their fault not mine or AI but no apologizes or anything. They put the wrong kind of chicken in both my items. My cantina chicken quesadilla had regular chicken instead of cantina and my crispy chicken avocado taco also had regular chicken instead of the chicken strip.

I placed a mobile order while already in the restaurant because there were a lot of teens around the kiosk when I walked in. We ended up waiting a long time for our food, and when we finally got it, it was cold. (Donuts were still frozen in the middle) I understand delays if a place is genuinely busy, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff seemed more focused on messing around in the back than getting orders out.

This location doesn’t seem to have anyone actively managing the staff, and if there is, they aren’t doing a good job because the speed of service didn’t match the actual level of busyness in the drive-thru or the lobby.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back to this Taco Bell, which is disappointing because we usually enjoy the brand. Side note: you can hear the employees swearing from the lobby, so this is not a great environment for kids if you prefer to avoid that kind of language.

#2 soft tacos recieved with no cheese and sloppy also a steak chalupa came with no lettuce after spending 17 dollars you’d like to recieve at least what you pay for. Being in the food industry I shared my experience with the one that called herself the manager and recieved rude customer service telling me to drive back up a 14 min away trip and she would have it remade “other then that there is nothing else that I can do” wasn’t looking for a free meal or a hand out probably would forget that I have a credit if they went that way. Very disappointed in the response from so called manager and not thrilled with getting skimpy tacos. Boycott this location its not taco bell that’s the problem it’s this individual store.

As expensive food is nowadays, it really hurts when it’s missing from your order. I only ordered 3 things and received 2. The tacos I ordered barely had any cheese on them and all the meat was piled on one end. Pretty disappointing, which is a trend at this TB.

The absolute ANGEL of a woman that took my order today earned this Taco Bell a 5 star review. She was so sweet and personable – made me feel like a bestie in the drive-thru!! You guys better keep this girl happy and employed (maybe with a raise!)

It’s Taco Bell, but even worse than before in terms of the customer experience. Everything is done through a kiosk and if you’re not familiar with it, good luck ordering.
