Stopped here for a quick sweet treat and safe to say-it hit the spot!
We got a Chocolate Banana Shake & a Gelati -Rootbeer water ice with a vanilla/chocolate twist custard. The flavors posted were for 7/14.
We had no wait today and the service was attentive/fast. There was a nice seating area to the left of the ordering windows too for those wanting to stay and eat.

1 large and 1 small $12.56. The cups were barely halfway full. Am I being punk’ed? Waiting for them to call me and tell me to pick up the rest of my ice cream. This is a little shameful. Won’t be back there

Rita’s consistently has the best variety of water ice flavors, but this location has the best and nicest people working there. Best part of summer is coming here to get a nice cool treat, and the “Go Birds!” Eagles themed flavor is great. Today they surprised me because they offered my dog a pup cone for free and my dog loved it!

The best Rita’s I’ve tasted and I LIKE that if you order two different flavors they prepare it side by side rather than one flavor on top of another. They offer twice as many flavors, and also have a drive thru.

This is a great place to stop by for a treat. All of the employees are kind, and the menu items are delicious. Definitely come here if you’re in the area, and you have to try their gelati!

When I went, it was slow, but the location can get very busy. It has a drive-through if you don’t want to get out of the car. Parking is a little sparse, but it is essentially an ice cream stand. If you don’t mind what you get or just like surprises. They have mystery bag that are really affordable as well as a good deal. Today, it’s very hard to find anything affordable that you actually want or need.

I had such a great experience here! I ordered the Swedish Fish gelato and an ice cream cup, and both were absolutely delicious, so creamy and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly polite and kind, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I approached the window. Their customer service was top-notch, and they took the time to ensure I had a great visit. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Nothing wrong with the food or service. But they need a system for people lining up at the window. People will blatantly walk up and cut in front of an entire line of people who were waiting and they get served as if nothing is wrong. Edit: To be very clear, this was not a pickup order. This person walked to the front of the line and started ordering multiple individual things. And they knew exactly what they were doing so I wasn’t about to argue with the kind of person who would do that. Another problem is that since it’s not clear where people are supposed to line up, when there are two windows open and clearly one line, people will just walk up to one of the windows as if it just happens to have no line. If there were some clearly designated place for people to line up and cashiers consciously took orders from the next person in line, it wouldn’t be so frustrating to go here, because it feels like something like this happens almost every time.

My husband and I were excited to go to this location because we saw it had a drive thru. We have been to many Rita’s, this is the first time we have had a terrible experience. I am Hispanic and my husband is African American. I don’t want to make it a race thing but from the previous reviews.. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was an act of discrimination.
The 1st young lady that took our order was ok, not super friendly just doing her job I guess. She yelled over the Strawberry Shortcake Blendini order to a 2nd young lady and her response was “what is that?” super loud and the 1st young lady responded “strawberry shortcake is always a Blendini”
The 2nd young lady came over with the kids water ice with the wrong custard. She snatched it from my husbands hand and had the 1st young lady remake it.
She then handed my husband his Strawberry shortcake Blendini (the only things he ever orders) and it looked like a watery strawberry smoothy in a clear cup with no lid. It was runny and with no wafer cookies. From overhearing her response earlier, we knew already that she had no clue what she was doing. We kindly asked if she added wafers to it and if what she gave us was an Blendini, she rudely responded “umm yeah I know what I put in it and what amounts because I made it”. She kept making faces and rolling her eyes as if we were inconveniencing her. There were no other customers in sight. I then asked her for a lid, and instead of giving me an open dome lid, she gave me a beverage lid with a straw insert. Then she aggressively shut the sliding window. Her attitude was disgusting and it is wasn’t for my husband, she would have definitely heard more from me. She was so rude, I will definitely be telling everyone my experience at that location.
