This was my first time in a Tim Hortons. It wasn’t bad. I thought it was an actual dinner restaurant but it’s more like a donut shop with sandwiches. The sandwiches were edible.

This Tim Hortons is soooo frustrating. I LOVE Tim Hortons, I go constantly in Toledo. This one CANNOT get a coffee order correct and they need to figure out measurements of creamer, sugar etc. I always order a medium mocha iced coffee with 1 cream, sometimes it’s delicious and most of the time it somehow turns to white milk? Why would I just want to drink creamer? I’ve gotten either rock hard hash browns or super soggy hash browns from here, just truly not a good coffee/food experience in BG. The workers are normally nice unless you ask them to remake your coffee because it’s literally white from all the creamer they added. We used to order 4 coffees at a time on Wednesdays for meetings and every single one was always wrong in some way.

Used to be the best Tim’s in the area, got two sandwichs, same item, one had cheese, the other didn’t. Did I miss something where bagel sandwiches now only have 1 egg? And then the doughnut. See picture. At least it wasn’t dry, but the frosting on the old fashioned dip was scant and the other “filled” vanilla cream had no filling.

The BG store NEVER has DoorDash orders ready in a timely manner. They have DoorDash bags that they are suppose to use for customers that order through DoorDash. Always 10+ minute wait. Maybe your staff should see how Duncan Donuts run their operation. They have a very busy drive thru but, yet DoorDash orders are ready for us DoorDash Drivers.

I went here for the first time last week after working 9 hours. I ordered a farmers wrap with bacon, so the wrap is supposed to have bacon, sauce, hash brown, egg. I get my wrap and I bite into it and it’s sausage. I go inside to tell them and I stand there for 5-10 minutes before anyone comes over to me. I told them what happened and they said they would fix it. I don’t even know how long it took for me to get the new one. Then the worker comes up to me and asks me bacon or sausage. I said bacon. After getting the wrap and biting into it, I realized it’s not even a farmers wrap. It’s missing the hasbrown and the sauce. How do you mess up twice in a row? I called and the manager was rude and dismissive. Don’t go here.

Ordered a XL dark roast, 1 cream 1 sugar. I received a coffee that tasted at least 1.5 -2 hrs old, barely warm made with 30% cream. At least they didn’t try to fool me by microwaving again. So sad. I’m done complaining, won’t be back.
