I grew up with Fazolis but moved south and unfortunately they haven’t spread that far yet. Finding this one while on vacation was amazing.
There were only two people working but they were working crazy hard. They were very polite, taking orders quickly and efficiently, and making sure we had cups to at least get drinks. The restaurant was clean and well stocked.
There was a small rush when we came in, so they were playing catch up trying to get everybody’s orders out. They were able to get bread sticks to us pretty quick though and honestly that’s all I cared about.
The portion sizes were very generous, the spaghetti I had could’ve easily fed multiple people. Before we left, I asked for extra bread sticks to take with us and my husband rolled his eyes. I replied it had been 15 years since I’d had them I was going to make it worth it. The male employee heard and filled a to-go back with sticks for me.

Under New Veteran ownership as of six months age. New owner has made such a major improvement over service. The last six months we always have a smiling face to serve hot breadsticks before you run out. There is no place in the area where two people can eat for under $15. Make sure to visit for lunch or dinner to support great local and affordable veterans.

I used to go to Fazoli’s all the time 15 years ago. The location near me closed and I haven’t been to one for a VERY long time until today! My wife and I were so excited to take our kids there.
We got some kids meals and some regular meals. Everything was great! Honestly, it’s quite delicious especially considering the price.

As far as fast food this was a 5 star experience.
The food was very tasty. I expected it to be bland, but it was not.
I had stuffed, 4 cheese shells. Very good.
The bread sticks were perfect. Slightly crispy but soft.
Only 1 person working there but we still didn’t wait long. And the place smelled great as soon as we walked in.
I’d say a great takeout dinner for a busy day.
The portions are most likely big enough to share. We will definitely be back.

Mrs Carol is an awesome lady. So nice and talkative with us. Only ISSUE is they are closing!! We drive from Pensacola to eat here since the one over there closed down and now this one in a month. Love the food and bread sticks are off the chain as always.

Got the $6.49 meal deal which was a really good value! The portions were smaller than expected but it was just the right size for a lunch (drink included). The customer service was amazing! The young ladies working there didn’t stop moving! They were attentive, helpful and just downright sweet!

I visited this location because of a sign for a combo deal by the road and figured it would be good for quick dinner. Though the sign was for lunch time only, the manager nicely apologize for the confusion.
My decision has changed since the menu was only for lunchtime, so the manager was really patient and helped me pick something else from the menu. I really appreciated his patience because I was very indecisive so his customer service made my visit! Thanks Brandon.

I tried Fazoli’s for the first time ever moments ago. I was impressed when we entered and the young lady, Journey, was cleaning the lobby. She waited on us promptly with excellent kindness and courtesy. Throughout our meal I observed Journey assisting customers and cleaning. As we were preparing to leave I noticed Journey cleaning the seats of the chairs. I stopped to compliment her because most places you eat, now days, you have to wipe the seats out yourself. I will say that, in my opinion, Journey deserves recognition for her work ethic and active concern for the cleanliness of this location.
