I have been here multiple times however, open my last visit on October 2nd I had a negative experience. First of all, I love raisin cane and especially their chicken sandwich I think it’s one of the best in the game and that’s usually what I order. I received the wrong order here with chicken fingers instead, and the amount of fries is why and embarrassing. There’s no value for the money at all, the corporate should invest more in training and giving the customer their value meal instead of being cheap.

This place is overhyped, good ac lemonade and sweet iced tea( you have to pay extra per cup of lemonade) had them before they best part of the meal is the drinks and the cane sauce is pretty good. They tenders are hit and miss last time they were crunchy, batter was soso flavor today got soggy barely breaded tenders on 2 out 4 pieces. The flavor of the chicken itself was alright. Not worth the hype/14.50

As a long time customer of canes the chicken size was a disappointment.. this is the size of a 28/30 shrimp.. and not regular canes quality.. 100$ for soggy fries and these tiny “tenders” . These are hardly half the size of what we are used to. Is this the new norm? Please have ownership reach out .

The COLDEST location in SoCal!
It is always freezing in this restaurant. I would like to eat here, but I always take it to go because the fans are on full blast, and it is FREEZING!
Recommend visiting the one on Adams in Huntington Beach instead, at least you can eat comfortably there.

They are building a location in my hometown in Washington, and I’ve seen the lines in other cities. I never can understand the hype behind chicken (Popeyes sandwich fiasco a couple of years ago, Chik-Fil-A lines) and have always found that the hype is just that. Was in So Cal and decided to try my luck at this location just slightly before the lunch crowd. I dine in and prefer to over drive-through. Better service, fresher food. I ordered the four piece box combo with lemonade. Crinkle cut fries were hot and cooked perfectly. Slightly crispy on the outside and we’ll seasoned. The chicken was tender, juicy, and lightly seasoned with what I assume was just salt. I was expecting a crisper crust, but some of the crust was a bit soggy and sliding off the chicken. The Cane’s dipping sauce was tasty and savory and I could tell that Cane’s relies on a salt forward profile to their approach. While eating this l, I couldn’t help but think of the fact that I much prefer thigh meat over breast meat and wished that was an option. Overall, pretty good, and a decent value, but only marginally better tasting than what you can get at other places serving chicken fingers. Atmosphere was nice and very entertaining as they have a lot of eye candy on the walls. Staff was great and parking ample. When our new location opens, I will take my family, but will not go if the lines are out the door…and I certainly won’t do delivery or drive-through.

This is like In N out and Chick Filet having a baby. Simple, focused menu, quality taste, and fast. Most importantly well trained staffs.

It’s good food but i went throught the drive through and order a caniac combo the box combo and the 3 finger combo but received two 3 finger combos instead of the caniac and they still charged me for the caniac combo. very disappointed… i called once I got home the same day i got my food and they wouldnt answer until the 3rd time i called then when they did answer they put me on hold for like 40+ minutes then just hung up on me, it’s unacceptable.. then they said they would give me code for my next visit to receive my correct order free to make up for it but they never got back to me.

I usually order the 4- or 6-piece combo and share it. The Cane’s sauce is yummy and everything is wonderfully crispy and greasy. The chicken strips have gotten smaller over the years, nowhere near the size of the ones in the promotional pictures.
The app makes ordering convenient. If you do take out, make sure to open the bag and vent the boxes. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for crispiness.
This parking lot is always packed and difficult to navigate. If you order in person you can ask for butter on both sides for your bread!

True this place is hard to get trough and has long drive-thru lines as well but it’s because their chicken strips are pretty darn good. They claim their strips are never frozen and you can taste the difference.
We got the Box Combo that comes with four strips, fries, coleslaw and a drink for about $8. The iced teas have the right amount of sweetness and welcoming on a hot day.
