Came in at 1:20 on a Thursday and left with some really good Shrimp Tacos in my belly. Friendly staff and the food arrived in short order. The place is bigger than it looks from the outside and also has patio seating for your rowdy crowd.

Food is definitely better than most of the standard Mexican restaurants in town but is just that: standard. Margaritas are light. Salsa is like store bought on flavor, no heat and little depth. Carne asada is majorly lacking in flavor. Tamale was decent for the area. Guacamole casero is how all guacamole should be served, hands down the best. Potato was Like fajitas on a baked potato (I truly miss having a true carne asada potato)
Server seemed annoyed she had customers and wasnt the friendliest. Place wasn’t overly busy at all. Food came out quick and hot. Definitely give them a try.

Had lunch here with friends. Pretty decor but the dining room was very dark. Good service but I did order a meat burrito and was served chicken. It was good but I was disappointed I didn’t get what I ordered. I didn’t bring it to the server’s attention as we were in a big group. The food was good and pretty typical, nothing stood out except the guacamole casero. It was VERY good. I felt it was a overpriced for what I got. Not sure if I’ll go back again.

Completely stuffed after having the California Burrito and a small Queso. Everything was fantastically prepared and served with crispy non-oily chips and Queso so thick it mounds up on the chips when you dip. Even the guacamole had a fresh bite and the red sauce drizzled on the burrito added just enough spice to kick off each flavor and texture. The service was great and the atmosphere very “Taco-Tuesday” and as great as the bar looked I had to pass up on the margarita for this visit.

I have been here several times with my family. The service is always good and so is the food. They sometimes get a little busy so it may take the server or food a while but it’s like any restaurant when it gets busy. They inside is kind of small family there is seating outside. I would suggest they maybe look into expansion for that outside area to be inside.

My partner is Latino. Needless to say we eat A LOT of Mexican foods. We discovered this place last month. Even though it’s a little out of the way for us. We keep returning. It’s so delicious. Cooked to perfection. Great service. Yummy queso. My partner always gets the Carne asada. I like to try new dishes. I highly recommend the Pollo burracho. Pictures provided. Yum yum yum. Please visit this restaurant. There are others in the chain. But this location is the best!!

Fantastic place. Went in for lunch on a Saturday and got a top shelf marg, cheese dip and carne asada tacos. The marg was good, the cheese dip was unique, but very good and the tacos were superb. The tacos came with two different hot sauces, one mild, one hot and some pico. The entire entree was great and reminded me of very high quality ‘taco truck’ tacos.
It looks like they’ve totally redone the inside of this place which is nice considering the past two restaurants that were there were pretty shabby. They’ve got a nice bar with TVs and good seating options.
The service was top notch. The staff seems to actually care about the success of this place, which is very refreshing to see.
My significant other is out of town this weekend and I’m seriously thinking about a Cocina Mexicana weekend of dining. Not even kidding.
As for the review focusing on nothing but “social distancing”, if you’re scared to be around people, keep your sad self at home. Pathetic.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The service was great and the food was excellent. They prepared our meal in record time and kept our glasses filled with tea. We’ll definitely be returning to dine here again.
