We stopped by here for dinner take out on Sunday. I would definitely categorize this place as a Chinese fast food place. It has a drive through, but we went inside for takeout. The line is a buffet style where you point and choose what you want and the employee fills your plate. We were greeted with a friendly atmosphere, and the wait was not too bad. The negative side to this kind of food service is that if they run out of an item it does take a few minutes to fill back up. The prices are moderate for the portions you get. They have lots of different items to choose from and with the exception of the fried rice being a little bland, they are all good. Not sure what to pick? Don’t worry, just ask to try a sample. It is a good place to eat, but I would probably go across the street in Shepherdsville to get take out from China 8 instead. It has a much better value and food.

The food was typical Panda Express but they were badly short staffed. There were 6 of and they were swarmed at drive-thru. By the time the first person in our group got their food it was cold. Try hiring people, maybe raise the pay so you attract more workers. I and most people don’t mind paying a little extra for good service. It’s not the employees fault, corporate greed is the culprit here.

Went through drive thru. Fast, friendly service. First time eating at Panda Express. Was very good. Thought I ordered fried brown fried rice at first, but I ordered just brown rice. There is a difference. Had no taste. They were super nice. Got Chowmein instead. Yum

After reading a lot of these comments, it makes me so sad to see. People are so quick to judge and get mad because they live 30 minutes away, they come 30 minutes before close, or the store is short staffed. I wish I could reply to some of these jerks. They probably don’t make food close to closing time because they make BATCHES of food, it’s not McDonald’s. So they probably don’t want to waste a bunch of food at the end of the night so they use what is left. So if you want to avoid this, don’t come so close to closing time. Simple. Also, A LOT of places are either short staffed or just trying to work with what they got. Give these people a break! All I see on these reviews is a bunch of rude and ungrateful people.

I really like eating here but the meals are definitely not consistent. The last order I got was beef with broccoli and it was all broccoli no beef in the lo mein was barely done. Just wish they were more consistent.

Horrible place. Several times I have got there between 1035 and 1045 and no food is ready and told it won’t be till after 11 when it will be. My point is then change your hours and don’t even unlock the doors until the food is ready.

If you work for a delivery app, I strongly suggest that you pass on this location. They are only interested in moving the customers that are in house. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes and there is still no sign of them even starting the order. I won’t be delivering for this location again. It’s really not that busy either…
