The bread was moldy on all 3 sandwiches we ordered. When we called him he said it’s impossible cuz the bread was delivered today. This dude then said it’s from the eggs. How an egg gonna turn a sandwich moldy? Never ordering from here again.

Service here is extremely low tier , soon as you walk in you greet yourself since they barely speak english , cash only with a low tier atm you better hope you withdraw the exact amount you need because they wont even pardon .25 cents .The food is actually pretty good i give the food about a 4 stars but with the service being low your appetite slightly goes away so 3 stars overall service and quality of food are an equal match therefore this location gets about a 1-2 star from me. Ive been to many jimbos and and the one in harlem would never.

Visited twice, Last time I order a chicken sandwich and it was delicious, I didn’t like the fries tasted like it was done in a very old oil. The service was good, the personnel was very attentive. Price about average compared to other restaurant. There is a restroom for customers and the entrance is handicap accessible for wheelchair.

This is their new location. They used to be a few blocks down. I like this place better. It’s bigger and looks updated. And the food is always good. I never had any complaints with Jimbos.

Overpriced but their food is really good and always delicious! Be careful, though because they always give you a different price. My coworkers and I noticed that so I started writing down the price that they charge me for each meal.. Which is ridiculous that i should have to do that.
Just ordered a meal over the phone and i asked the price (because i know they are known to change the prices with each order). The man told me and when i went in to pick it up, the gave me a different price claiming that its more money because of tax. I tried to explain to the lady that the guy gave me a different price over the phone and i hear him curse me out in spanish thinking i wouldn’t understand. I like their food and the lady there (Gina) is always Super nice but this will be the last time i buy anything from this place!! i can get the same meal down the street for half the price!!

Cash only. There’s an atm inside and a chase on burnside. If you use grubhub you can order online with card. The food was just okay. The burger was really greasy.
