Usually the best Dunkin in town but I guess they forgot to read the mobile order as there was no sugar instead of extra sugar. On top of that it’s always a long wait but when you go in or get to the window workers are standing around talking. I know it’s minimum wage but maybe this is why people don’t tip. No point in rewarding bad behavior. I’ll just go to McDonald’s next door instead

I really think the elderly woman who works the window should cut her fingernails. In food service, things like that skeeze me out. Even though they have a ton of people behind the counter, the orders don’t seem to go out very fast and it seems very disorganized behind the counter. I get the same thing every time I go to any Dunkin, coffee, hash browns and a breakfast sandwich; today the breakfast sandwich was barely cooked.

Minot Ave dunkin is by far the best dunkin around! Rarely have to wait long for my drink and my drink is always correct. The staff is friendly and quick! They are short staffed a lot but this does not affect the customer service that I am given! KUDDOS MINOT AVE DUNKIN!!

Went to just get a coffee for myself before we started our day and the customer service was great. Greeted with a “Dunkin Dunkin, what can we get for you”, friendly cashier at the drive thru. I don’t know who the cashier was but she was extremely nice and whoever made my frozen coffee had to have made it with a lot of love because it was a sight to behold and just really good. All in all, it was a really good start to the day for my mine and my girlfriend’s 2 year anniversary. Thank you guys! Extra props to the cashier for even covering us being short 4 cents even though we could’ve given an extra dollar. Stellar service.

I think this is my favorite Dunkin in my area!
They always make my favorite drink (caramel craze latte) perfectly!! To top it off their employee Paris is an absolute sweetheart and was so patient with my Mom today asking about the types of coffee and about what she wanted with her drink . They made us delicious coffees!!
Can’t wait to go back when I need my next coffee fix!

Every time I order food from them it’s either over cooked or under cooked there is no in between. It’s sad that they are willing to hand out food like that. I’m tired of wasting money on food I can’t eat. I’ve complained numerous times and nothing seems to change, they just act like they don’t care. It’s a shame I love their hash browns when they are cooked right but they seem like they don’t know how to cook food or make coffee anymore. they always add more milk to the coffee when you ask for lite ice. There is no need to compensate and mess up a coffee especially when they are so expensive.

I’m not sure who the heck the manager is in this facility or the owner but you guys better change the staff! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in the 60 years of my life! I will never step another foot in that facility, nor will many family and friends of mine, either! Every time you go there no one wants to service you at the cash register. It seems like all they do the few that they do have like the hide behind the wall near the drive-through window! I’m not sure why this place even exist or why it exist, and how you’re even money with that pathetic Staff especially the thin dark haired girl that is there on Sunday’s but she’s definitely not the only one! Good luck with this pathetic place you call Dunkin Donuts which is suppose to be an example of why America Runs on Dunkin! SHAMEFULL!

The cashier asked me to repeat myself 5 times during my one simple order. This place has no order. It was a mad house. They gave me someone else’s coffee, and I had to wait extra long for my actual coffee. I ended up getting my coffee and someone else made my coffee as well. Both were done 5 seconds from each other. They need better communication.
