Have come here for years. Wish they would prioritize customer service. I am moving so thought take out would be convenient. When I got back with the food I realized they had not included utensils. No problem, I went back to get them and also requested a plate or empty container. They said they had no plates and the container would be 50 cents. Alright… I said that was fine, 1 dollar for two styrofoam containers. Then she said she couldn’t take my card and it would have to be cash for under 5 dollars. That’s ridiculous to me. I have spent hundreds if not over a thousand dollars here. You could just give me two containers that cost pennies. Treat your customers better or you will go out of business, I won’t be back.

I don’t understand some of these reviews. I go here so often and have never had a bad experience, bad food, bad service. I pay on-line, in store (with cash or card), absolutely no issues at all. I get told Thank you several times before leaving. ♂️

Food is trash, every meal i ordered had hair in both chicken and rice, orders are always wrong and expected to pay more to correct the issue. Prices are different every week even when ordering the same exact meal. Basically if you want to be chewing braids and sitting on the toilet for hours at a time this is the place for you.

We eat from here lot!!!! I love the staff, super sweet!!! My order is always right, always more than we can eat in 1 sitting. My partner & I have NEVER gotten sick from the food. If they had a buffet I’d eat here every night!!! After a horrible day in May I decided to order dinner here, I accidentally dropped my bank card outside & the owner was sweet enough to hold it for me & wanted a lot of details before she just handled the card over to anyone. I was very grateful for that!!! If I was having a party I’d have Bamboo cater for me.

Not a bad place. I do Refrigeration for a living and I have been in numerous walk-in freezers and a couple different Chinese restaurants so I steer clear of anything chicken and beef / pork personally I feel the only safe option that is guaranteed to be what it’s supposed to be is shrimp and it was definitely very good what we got but we did not get anything that included anything other than shrimp in it. typical language barrier within reason but very friendly with all things considered

The food was delicious. I got take out from the restaurant, I waited about 7 minutes. They had a table and chairs outside for you to use while waiting. Very nice people. I would and will be going there again.

About the same as any other similar Chinese restaurant. The food is good, very rarely do i question the freshness of the food, because it’s always decent, if not really good. The staff is alright, i never recalled a time they were rude. Overall, i recommend this place.
