Reviews
The seafood dishes were nicely cooked and full of flavor. I also loved the large selection of fruits and salads.
The dessert options were surprisingly good—I’m not sure why people complain about that. You don’t go to a buffet just for dessert, but the options they had were very tasty. My favorite was the cheesecake. The pho was also delicious.
No complaints at all. Definitely worth the trip and the price
I just had dinner at Gohan AYCE Buffet on Pleasant Hill, and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in with my family, it felt like stepping into a Las Vegas casino resort, not a buffet. The place is HUGE, modern, and absolutely stunning — bright lights, beautiful sculptures, and an upscale vibe that makes it feel special right away.
Now let’s talk about the food… where do I even start? The selection is INSANE. Endless sushi, fresh seafood, juicy meats, soups, salads, hot dishes, and a dessert section that feels like heaven. Every single plate I tried was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. It’s literally impossible to taste everything in one visit!
This isn’t just dinner — it’s an experience. Perfect for family nights, celebrations, birthdays, or anytime you want a fun and magical meal.
If you’re in Gwinnett and love buffets, this place is a MUST-VISIT. Trust me… you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next trip back! ✨
• The Vibe: For such a large space, the atmosphere is top-notch. I was particularly impressed by the five private rooms—a fantastic detail you don’t often see.
• Cleanliness: I’m very observant about hygiene, and they nailed it. The staff was constantly cleaning the food stations and keeping everything tidy. Kudos for the high standards!
• The Food: Fresh, tasty, and delightful. Every dish I tried felt high-quality.
• The Drink Bar: A major bonus! It was great being able to grab bottled juices and a variety of soft drinks.
Small Tip: I’d love to see a bit more variety in the dessert section, but overall, this was a fantastic lunch experience.
A.Y.C.E. Gohan Buffet on Pleasant Hill absolutely blew us away. The food was delicious — and I mean eveeerrryyyttthhhiiinnggg. I don’t even know why they offer sodas at the table because the drink station is stacked. Teas, flavored drinks, even THAI tea just waiting for you to grab on your way back to the table. The plum drink is definitely different in the best way .
My husband and daughter went straight for the lobster — yes, lobster at a buffet— and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the crab legs, the salad mixes, and the sushi… so much sushi. Our whole table ate like we meant it. The kids cleaned their plates every round, which has literally never happened at a buffet before.
The only thing I’d suggest is fixing the broken sink in the women’s bathroom or having staff check it more often. Other than that, the staff was kind, helpful, and on top of everything. Desserts were yummy, too. For our family of five (little one + two preteens), the total was around $200 on a Sunday, and with the selection and quality, it felt worth it.
The décor is cool, and it even looks like there’s a stage — not sure if they do entertainment, but it caught my eye. I also loved seeing the VIP room options for small parties of about 10–15 people. Very cool touch.
We’ll definitely be back. No complaints from the kids, clean plates all around, and a great experience from start to finish.
I had seen online that you could eat free on your birthday with two paying adults, so I asked about it. It turns out the Duluth location doesn’t offer that promotion only the other location does. The staff mentioned they’re hoping to add something like that next year, which would be great.
The amount of food choices is amazing. The crab and seafood tasted fresh not frozen at all and the quality of the sushi was excellent with plenty of variety. I also loved that they offer a big selection of drinks you can enjoy while dining in. Just a heads up: if you take any bubble teas or bottled drinks to go, there’s a $3 charge.
One of my favorite parts was the “make your own pho” station so flavorful and delicious. The restaurant is nicely decorated, very spacious, and the staff was friendly and attentive, always quick to clear dishes.
The dessert and salad bar were great, and the oysters were surprisingly good too. Overall, there is truly something for everyone seafood lovers, meat lovers, and even those who prefer vegetables.
Yes, the price is a bit on the higher side, but with the amount and quality of food (especially the seafood), I really believe it’s worth it. I honestly loved the experience and will definitely be going back!
The environment was clean, spacious, and very welcoming, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal comfortably. The all-you-can-eat setup was well organized and constantly refilled. They have different options from sushi to chinese cuisine.
Definitely a great choice if you’re near the Pleasant Hill, GA area. I’ll be coming back again! But since it is a popular location so the line up would be 30-45mins wait. Make sure come early.
