This was my first time eating at Red Lobster!

My review is based on this being a chain restaurant and my personal experience. I had a great time!!

Our server, Josh, was fantastic and funny! I told him that it was my first time eating at Red Lobster and he offered some suggestions. I got the flounder sandwich with a side salad.

We got those world famous cheddar bay biscuits and I loved them. They’re buttery morsels of goodness. My salad came out first and I got the citrus lime vinaigrette. Wow!! That salad dressing was delicious!! They need to bottle it up and sell it!

Then, my sandwich came out, and I ate my fries first and the hush puppies. The hush puppies were surprisingly, very tasty, and I wish I had more.

By this time, I was too full to even eat my sandwich, so I had to take it home with me. It was tasty the next day! The toasted bun was a nice touch. Now, it wasn’t an out of this world amazing sandwich, but for the price point??? It was solid!

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that bill. $18 for all that food!! You can’t even get a salad at Sweetgreen for $20 these days and I ate all that food for $18!! And we had left over biscuits that we took home too!

Between Josh’s excellent service and the amount of food I got for $18, I’m going back .

All this place needs is an interior renovation and a karaoke night and it would be the spot to be!

This was an amazing date night! The food drink and ambiance were prefect. The BEST part of it all was our server Jasmine!!! She was sooo sweet. I’m my date’s Mr and a customer service snob, Jasmine exceeded my expectations. She made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. Plates cleaned!

Took my daughter’s best friend growing up, who my wife and I consider as part of our family to this Red Lobster when she was in town recently. Everyone had a wonderful time. This wonderful young lady and my wife enjoyed the crab feast items they had on the menu.

Lately the cleanliness, customer service and food quality have improved immensely. It is great to see this Red Lobster, that is located near my place of work, do a much better job of taking care of their customers. Both my wife and I will be making sure we continue to swing by more often.

Placed a curbside to go order but when I called when I arrived, the curbside staff did not pick up. After a few mins, I just went inside to pick up my order but there was no one at the desk and I waited another 7 mins until someone came. My food was already prepared because I scheduled pick up at least 30 mins in advance. Food was good, however, I did not receive the pina colada sauce for the coconut shrimp nor the chocolate and caramel sauces for the brownie dessert, which was disappointing. I am writing this review in hopes that they will improve on to-go ordering experience.

The menu had definitely changed along with the seasonings, however our waitress was exceptional. There were infants crying, guests demanding additional drinks and our waitress managed it all with a smile. She ensured our food was hot and served timely. Thank you for excellent service Jazmine W.

The food was good , though they were out of the sauce I originally wanted for my seafood boil. The wait was about 30 minutes, which honestly seems to be the case every time I visit, but the service is consistently good and the staff is friendly. Inside is a little dated and dark but not surprising since it’s been around for years.

I have worked in customer-facing roles for over 10+ years currently in a fine dining restaurant so I understand that restaurants get busy and mistakes happen. But there is no excuse for the level of disrespect and lack of accountability we witnessed from someone in management. A front-of-house manager should be setting the standard for the entire staff not making customers feel unwelcome and unheard.
His tone was short and condescending, he came to the table looked at us and said so you don’t want your food and we stated we didn’t like it, it’s not tasting right. He said you ate more then half the pizza, which wasn’t true we both tried a slice and tried a piece together to see were we tripping. But it tasted like cardboard and instead of offering solutions or even a polite explanation, he spoke to us with visible irritation and impatience. It set a negative tone for the entire visit. Told us nah you going to pay for it and walked off. His energy made us cringe. We told our server how uncomfortable the manager made us feel and asked him can he cancel our entrees and give us the check for what we had.

Throughout the evening, our server Phillip did an excellent job. Definitely would love to get serviced by him any day somewhere else. Our check with our apps and 2 drinks was $77 we still tipped our server $25 for his exceptional service. He didn’t do nothing wrong.

The rest of the team (servers, kitchen, etc.) seemed like they were doing their best, but with someone like Sammy running the front, it’s no wonder the overall atmosphere was chaotic and uninviting. A bad server is one thing. A bad manager is something else entirely—and it reflects directly on the leadership and training of the entire restaurant.

I sincerely hope upper management or corporate sees this and re-evaluates who they are putting in charge. Sammy does not represent the values of hospitality, and frankly, should not be working in any role that involves direct interaction with customers let alone managing the front of house.

I left Red Lobster tonight not just frustrated, but truly disappointed especially being a pregnant woman It was hard to enjoy my meal when you’re treated like a nuisance instead of a guest. Unfortunately, thanks to Sammy, this visit left a terrible impression and unless things change, I will not be returning, nor recommending this location to anyone else.

I had a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to Corey’s outstanding customer service. From the moment we were seated, Corey was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, answered all of our questions with patience, and made excellent recommendations. Our drinks were always refilled on time, the food came out perfectly, and Corey checked on us just enough to make sure everything was right without being overbearing. His positive attitude and professionalism truly made the dining experience better. Corey went above and beyond, and because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back to this Red Lobster.

Our server Phil was excellent. He needs a raise. His customer service is top tier. He remembered my party from the last time and all of our preferences without us having to mention a thing. I also witnessed him being a team player helping the other staff. His personality is great. Good guy.
